I ordered the Man Cave sign for my grandson Jason. Ordered on Dec 2, his birthday is Dec 10th. I was worried it would not arrive on time. I received notice that SAME DAY that it was shipped! Four days later it was in my hands.
The sign is Perfect! Exactly as displayed in the preview. I could not be happier.

This gift is personalized but not over the top for guys. Just the right touch.

The customization on my LED sign came out great. The hanging bar, chain, and light feature also work perfectly. The only criticism I have is that the notches that were carved out for attaching it to the hanging bar were not centered. More care should be taken to center these. Overall a good product though.

We haven't seen this product lit up yet because there are no instructions. It seems like it will be nice once we buy a screwdriver that is small enough to unscrew the back where we think the batteries must go. And we can't figure out how to attach the sign to the battery case. So when you order this, make sure you have 3 AAA batteries (the skinny ones) and a tiny screwdriver - the kind they use for eyeglasses.

It works and looks great. Very dissatisfied with the fact that it would not stay together. We put the hanging black piece onto the sign and it would not stay together causing sign to fall out. We had to glue it in.

Initially, I was very excited about the product. It was easy to assemble, and then, when you turn it on, it turns into a solid color, and eventually changes to another. Eventually, I noticed that it stopped changing colors, and just the top of the acrylic would look like mixing colors. However, the rest would remain mostly white. I think it does its job by sending a message, but the initial excitement was supposed to last a bit longer. I was not aware that it would not change more consistently.

LED lights need to be brighter.. this would make for a much better product.. I was somewhat disappointed

Purchased as a gift for my brother. Going to have to get him something else. Most stuff from personalization Mall is great. This is not. The real thing looks like junk. It’s hard to even get the sign to stay on the hanger. The lights only color the very top of sign. It would have been a fun gift if it was made better. Needs a major upgrade to be purchase worthy.
