This is a replacement for the same mat gifted to me many years ago. I changed the color and the writing and the new one is perfect! The old one is still in great condition and will be placed in a different location. Great quality.

Both the quality and workmanship are great. However, you must have the black, rubber border for the full effect which I don't think you're seeing in the preview photo attached. Both the doormat and the rubber border clean-up very easily with either vacuuming or hosing down with water and soap. (My husband used the power washer once and both the doormat and the rubber border held up and looked great after.)
