The mug is great. The engraving beautiful! It is a gift for a colleague so I paid for the gift box as I have done on other glass options. The box was flimsy cardboard and ripped and crushed, can’t use it. Not sure this was the place for that but it’s a waste of $7. MUG IS AMAZING!!

We chose the expedited shipping on Tuesday night at 6pm in need of this by Thursday night. We were actually shocked that a personalized product showed up at our door before noon on Thursday. Couldn’t be happier with the product or the whole experience. We will definitely be return customers for our next occasion.
