Very pleased with the frame, writing and packaging. Would prefer glass over the picture verses the plastic.

The picture frame, which I could customize on the website, was even better than described. I did not have a lot to spend and was worried about the quality of a custom-printed frame at such a reasonable price. I was pleasantly surprised. It's perfect! I was kept up to date on the making of and delivery of my order every step of the way. It arrived 2 days sooner than expected! It was a great experience, and I will order again in the future when I need personalized gifts.

I always send this frame to friends who have lost their fur babies. I love that I am able to upload a picture from my iPhone that I have or go to their facebook page (trust me they will have tons of pictures of their companion) take a screenshot and you will be able to upload that picture. It is so special for them to get such a personalized gift without having to go through pictures trying to find one to put in the frame. They also have personalized sympathy cards to send with it. Perfect!
