Replacement-perfect Received first engraved clock and immediately reviewed with high marks. Upon gift wrapping, noticed the position of the clock was a bit off. Called and advised 2 small screws on the back would adjust. One of the screws was stripped and would not turn. Called back, letting them know the problem and it was an anniversary gift I needed quickly and they immediately offered to replace and the new, perfect clock, was received in 3 days. So appreciated the new lovely clock and their excellent service.
