When I saw the bottle size glass with a name and Verse it was perfect. They were so pleased with these gifts I was sure this was a special gift. I purchased this item once before so it's a wonderful gift item. However, this time this gift arrived smashed. It was not packed well at all for shipping. However, the customer service rep was attentative, explained what to do and Personalization Mall reacted right away to reproduce and resend the item. It's already on its way and I cannot wait to see the delight on the recipient's face in the same way the previous gift reaction was.

I ordered these glasses for my Honeybees and one was for me of course. Loved, Loved, Loved the glasses. Only one little flaw??, my glass didn't have the little color dots of the chosen color like the rest of the glasses,I'm the person that ordered them for the Honeybees for Mother's Day.

The glass is nicely balanced and light. It feels good in your hand especially with wine in it! The stenciling/etching is spot on and I am pleased with it. It was probably my fault but I didn't realize the dots were going to be on the glass. I didn't choose, want, or expect them. My wife, whom I bought the glass for, is still pleased with the gift but she said she could have done without the dots. I don't know how I missed that. I will still continue to purchase products from Personalization.
