I ordered this for my husbands birthday and it came out great! He had tried to order one himself through a different vendor and they advised him that the picture wasn’t quality enough and it would look funny. I’m glad I didn’t listen to whoever that person was and knew personalization mall would come through (they always do)! Everything I order from Personalization Mall is great. I love how clear the pictures turn out. I have tried to order from other places, and they are blurry. Personalization Mall always gets things done well and fast. I will continue to order from them.

Overall I’m pleased with this item , there is a minor scratch on the front below the verbiage which I noticed immediately but it was not significant enough to be completely unhappy. It’s a nice mug. Arrived timely and the quality is good.
