I bought this frame for a “Mommy of 3” children neighbor. It is a perfect item for a perfect mother. High quality; great price; and fast shipping. There is only one problem: How to take a photo of the children without getting the mommy too curious?

This frame is very nice. I love that you get to personalize it.The only thing I didn’t expect was for it to not have a glass covering the actual picture. There is a soft plastic paper in front of the picture. The plastic is also not super transparent, it has a bit of a white film on it so it makes the picture not look as clear as it should be. It should have had a hard clear plastic to protect the picture at least. I will try to fit a glass from an old frame I have. Would have been 5 stars.

I was very pleased. This was my first time ordering from Personalzation Mall. Thought it was a gift that my Daughter-In-Law could update the picture I put in of my two precious Grandsons, as they grow. I will definitely order again. It came within the time they gave me.

I really like the overall design of this frame. I find the quality of the engraving to be just a bit lacking. It looks like a low resolution version of something you'd find at other engraving shops. Overall, I can't complain because the price is right for this and it made a fantastic Mother's Day gift. My wife absolutely loved it.

Very nice quality I would recommend this item the only problem I have is the font used for the top display it is difficult to read for my mother and seems rather jumbled but other than that this product would have received 5 stars

Mom loved the personalized frame for mother's day

we just had family pictures taken so I bought these for my daughter and daughter-in-law - bot are fantastic moms and daughters they loved them

Thoughtful gift however name placed inside heart comes out too small in comparison to script in the rest of the frame. It offsets the frame and puts a damper on the gift.

Much to my surprise when I gave this gift to a special Mom,
the Frame wood was improperly cut off too close on the right and caused all the words on the far right to have a letter or 2 cut off. Someone should be checking the quality before it is sent to a customer.
