Excellent produ and great service

I really don’t know much about cigars/humidors but this is a beautiful box! However, the etching (print)is a bit light & somewhat difficult to read. But it’s a definitely a keeper!

The picture does this no justice!! It is well crafted, classy and the engraving is simply gorgeous. I purchased it as a Father’s Day gift and he LOVES it!

I am impressed with the quality of this humidor. This was purchased for somone who is hard to please and he liked it. He suggested the humidity gauge could be larger or mounted on the top to make it easier to read. However, the design and quality are superb.

This arrived with the glass cracked. I was super disappointed because it was for my dad's birthday, and I was worried I wouldn't get a replacement in time. However, I had an EXCELLENT experience with the customer service department, and they were able to send a new humidor immediately, flaw free! They also didn't make me go through the hassle of returning the broken one; I just sent a picture of the cracked glass and that was good enough for them. Would definitely purchase again.

Received the first one in the mail with a cracked glass. Emailed them, took a couple pictures of the damage and they sent another one free of charge. Great customer service and communication. Will definitely be back.

We ordered this personalized humidor for the owner of our company's birthday and when I tell you he acted like a little kid when he saw it. He was completely over joyed with the personalization and craftsmanship and we as his employees were excited we could bring joy to him. It was a hard decision to figure out what you can buy a man that has almost everything but this made his and our day.
