This was a great gift. Since it is hand made, it did take a little longer than expected to arrive, but I liked it once it did. Give a month for this to come in if you're going to order it. Dont expect it within a week. Also, you will get all 4 "ribbons" on it, even if you only have 1, 2, or 3 names. Just an FYI.

The pendant is just the right size for my mom's neck. It's not gaudy, the lettering is elegant & done VERY well, and my mom was able to read all of our names (considering she's blind as a bat, that was awesome). And yes, the gems are a bit on the smaller side, but they're the perfect size for what the size of this necklace is. Plus, my mom cried tears of joy, and that was a huge bonus for me

Bought this pendant for my wife for Mother's Day. I made an assumption that since we only have 2 children and I only filled out info for 2, that it would only have 2 of the strips across the heart. It was a bad assumption on my part. The boys were listed on the top 2 strips and the bottom 2 were just blank with clear stones inset. My wife loves it and it does look nice. Still a really good product, I just made a wrong assumption and was a little surprised when it arrived.

This is a beautiful heart and I was so excited to be able to put my Grandkids names on it. Unfortunately, the names are so tiny that I need a magnifying glass to see them. It is so much smaller than the picture actually shows.
