Love this item. It looks just like it does on the website. My only complaint, if any, would be that I wish the space allotted to write below the name was a few characters more.

Fabulous looks great, only on the inside you should have a tag To rip out the name instead of being stamped on the fabric. Especially if it’s a gift

Beautiful and very soft. I bought this as a gift for my sister (not a baby) who can never find personalized items. I haven’t given it to her but I know she’ll live it.The cover is removable for a gentle wash.

This arrived basically "flat" instead of a puffy pillow. Called the Customer Service Dept. and they said when it is taken out of the cellophane it puffs up. So- I'm giving it to my granddaughter for her birthday and decided I'd let her have the fun of seeing it puff up. Service Rep said they have been asking that a notice be included in the shipment, but so far they will just get bombarded with questions from worried shoppers. I ordered the 18" pillow and it's lovely.
