This is very good quality. I have purchased several in different sizes for friends and they love them and are proud to take them to dinner parties. We had an issue with one of the dishes that I purchased and I called and they replaced it. I would recommend this for those who love to cook and bake.

Love it! The color is a different shade of red (more maroon than cherry red) but I still like it! I am sure the woman I am giving it to will also.

I received an order of 5 personalized baking dishes. The large casserole pan was shattered upon arrival. The rest of the order was perfect. I received my delivery on Thursday 12/21. I reported the item to personalization mall as defective the same evening. 12/22/23 they issued a redelivery. I had my order in my possession 12/23 by 11am. Fully intact. That’s service. Above and beyond. Super happy. Will continue to use this company!
