Very nice quality item with perfect personalization. The delivery was NOT good, very delayed and unable to get tracking from FedEx but that is not the fault of Personalization. This was a great purchase and a very nice item once it arrived.

Because I had never ordered from this company before I had this shipped to me so I could see it before I sent it to our Cruise Agent for all he has done for us over the years. I was thrilled when I opened the nice box it came in with the black velvet inside and the work with the etching was perfect.
The shipping was fast. I ordered six personalized Christmas gifts last Friday October 30th and they are scheduled for delivery tomorrow November 6th, less then a week from when I placed the order on line.
