I ordered the Years Together Anniversary Personalized Glass Picture Frame as a gift for the 25th anniversary of my daughter and son-in-law. I used a photo of them cutting their wedding cake 25 years ago. My 21 year old granddaughter said, "Wow, they look so young." I almost told her that 2 kids will make you age but I was a nice grandmother and just laughed with her.It really is a beautiful frame. It arrived sooner than I expected and the engraving is perfect. The only thing I can think of that isn't super is the fact that it is clear and it's difficult to see the engraving unless there is a dark background; however, the clear frame is really beautiful. I'll let my daughter and son-in-law figure that out when I give it to them. Everything I have ordered from Personalization Mall has always been top quality and this is no exception. I originally ordered this beautiful frame but incorrectly entered the wrong date on my order form. I contacted customer service, they fixed the problem and sent me the corrected version. Customer service was wonderful to work with. Very professional and the correct item was sent within a week. Highly recommend this company.

Frame is beautiful! Etching was exactly as I had ordered. Etching is a little tough to see, depending on the angle of the frame. I think it will be well received.

Beautiful and I received exactly what was advertised.My only complaint is the writing could be a bit darker. Its very faint where you have to get close to it to read what it says. Otherwise great gift.My husband loved it.

This item came exactly as described. The photo was sharp and clear and the sentiment was written beautifully. My only criticism of these glass etchings....I have purchased many photo frames, vases, ornaments, etc....is that the etchings should have some sort of color to them to make them easier to see.
