Nice quality. Has a rustic boho vibe to it. I bought as a bridal shower gift. It is a table top frame with the stander on the back. Overall it is a good quality frame at a fair price. I wish free shipping were included but it wasn’t.

I sent a personalized frame recently to two different recipients and it was so easy. I had a question this time for customer service and they answered my question very quickly.

Beautifully done with my uploaded picture. The shiplap frame is nice with the gold lettering. However, the screw on back of the picture frame was loose and the picture fell out when I opened the product. Then had to search for the correct screw driver thing to fix it.

The frame and personalization was great and just what I wanted. However the back of the frame is missing one of the two very tiny screws that hold the frame stand. The other screw that is there doesn't fit very tightly into the stand either. Unfortunately I need this as a gift by next week and I don't think a replacement would get here in time.
