Very nice for the price.

This was my first order from this site. The item arrived and looked exactly like the picture. The shipping time was remarkable especially since the item had to be engraved. I received my item in less than a week without paying for upgraded shipping. The item itself is beautiful but it blends into my tree. I think this item would be a great stand alone piece with the stand they offer that way you can see the detail and the engraving.

I was VERY pleased with both the product and the price. Very nice ornament at a very reasonable price. Also the service was excellent :)

the writing on the ornament was almost too small to read. Otherwise it was a beautiful piece and would have made five stars.

I was very pleased when I received the ornament. Tastefully done. Unique idea. Arrived in just a few days. I will probably be ordering several more.

The ornament itself deserves a 5, but I hate the fact that you have to have a name on the first line. When you don't have six lines to add, it looks better to have the lines in the center of the ornament, instead of pushed to the top. Because it requires two lines, you are forced to have them at the top and then try to figure out how to make it look spaced. Aside from the limitations, a nice ornament.

Every year I look for something different for my daughter's tree and I found it with this ornament. It will look great on the tree with the lights shining on it. If I could change one thing though I would make the names of the individuals a little bolder to show up better than the other words.

I like the fact that this ornament is a bit different from most others. Wish it had more spaces per name or more spaces for names. I put "MOM & DAD" at the top and five childrens names, then had no room for the year.

Very cute ornament. Didn't expect it to be so thin (~1/4" thick), but still cute nonetheless. I would order it again as a small gift.

Turned out perfect. The only thing is that it is not really a nice glass material, but then again it was not very expensive. I was very pleased.

This is an adorable gift that I am sure will be very much appreciated. I bought two of them. Everything looks great, I just wish it came in a larger size and different colors, it is kinda hard to see the white text on clear glass. Other than that, it makes the perfect little gift.

The ornament is beautiful, the etching could be of a finer detail. Overall I am satisfied. It was only $8.95 I would buy it again

This ornament personalizes beautifully and is comparable to much more expensive ornaments found in stores. The design is creative and i love the effect of cascading family names.

the item i received was nice. it was smaller than i thought. if it were bigger it would have got 5 stars and not 4 stars. I dont know the oringial price but i would have been mad if i had to pay full price. im glad i caught it on sale. needs to be a lot larger.

Although this is a very dainty pretty ornament, I expected it to be a little thicker and the etching more prominent. I bought this for a friend and I'm sure she'll love it. It is sturdy and comes in a beautiful velvet bag. It is worth the money I paid for it, so I would definitely recommend it!

These ornaments were great ... fun to personalize them, they are very pretty - I should have gotten one for myself :)

My mother in law is going to love this. It is beautiful and very thoughtfull. I have it a 4 star instead of a five because of the size, i thought it was going to be a bit bigger but i am still keepping it!!!

I love the Christmas tree ornament. Very pretty. The only complaint, not even that bothersome but, the finish is a little rough. Could it be a little smoother?
Otherwise it's perfect!

I think this ornament is a good value, considering how much it costs with other stores to add personalization to anything. The etching in the glass looks great on my ornament and I would buy it again. I am not fond of the cheap gold string tied to the top, but that can easily be replaced. I think it will make a great gift this season.

The ornament is nice and as pictured. Although, I wish the ribbon was a little better quality. I can always add my own ribbon.

my mom has all sisters so I put all five of my aunts last names on here for my grandma, but the names turned out a little small? But still very nice looking.

Very unique ornament. I bought one for all my grown children with their family names on them. Very pleased, but wish the glass was a little thicker. Worried about fragility with children.

Nice ornament but it wasn't as sturdy or substantial as I was hoping for. The glass was pretty thin. I was expecting it to be much thicker.

I've bought several ornaments in past years, but this year was the first year I've been so disappointed. While the ornament "looks" nice, the thin glass does not bode well for standing the test of time. Ornaments are bought to last for years so the recipients can look back and have fond memories of the "time" it represents. The two glass ornaments I bought are so thin it wouldn't take much to chip them or worse yet have them break into a zillion pieces. Other glass ornaments I've bought are a thicker, sturdier glass that isn't so fragile. For the price, I'd say you could do the same.

I purchased 3 of these in the last3years and the first one was of much better quality. The last 2 etchings rub off, not going to order this type again.

This product arrived promptly and in great condition. However the fontt is small and difficult to read. I had a hard time reading what I had printed and the person I gave it to couldn't figure out what it said when she opened it.

I like the concept of this ornament, but some names are easy to read, while others turn out lighter and so are more difficult to read.
