This was a gift to my daughters family she said and I agree the last names are huge and the first names are very small in comparison..

The personalization is very pretty, the glass is a bit thin.

Very cute, but VERY small!

When I opened the package and unwrapped the ornaments, I was not as pleased with them as I had anticipated I would be. The ornaments are nice but fairly small to medium; especially for the stand it is to hang on. The ornament is nice but could be a bit larger for the stands.

I like the ornament, but I'm not crazy about it. The names seem a little crowded together. It's a good idea, though.

I was very pleased with the ornament, but unfortunately when I looked at it, is is scratched from the end of the surname down to the edge of the ornament, obviously done when engraving finished. I will see if I can polish it so it is not so noticeable. The other items I ordered were lovely and 100% o.k.
I was surprised how quickly they arrived.

For small item, engraving is clear and accurate. Fast delivery. As a first-time buyer, I have ordered several items, and I'm very impressed with everything! This is a great way to shop!

I like the idea but the piece itself doesn’t look as good. The letters are not as readable and the quality is not the best. If I could, I would choose another item.

The ornament is beautiful but very difficult to read. Even holding it up to the light didn't help. I thought it would be clearer.

I questioned returning this. The size is nice, but the quality of the the text is fair at best. It's not as crisp and clear as I had hoped - it's fuzzy.

Would have preferred and unbreakable plastic versus glass. Wish the printing was larger.

I was very disappointed in the engraving and the decorations on the ornament. It was very dull looking. The color of the engraving and decoratons had not clarity at all. In fact is was very faint, I couldn't believe you would send out a product in this poor quality. You can hardly see the design and engraving. Your picture on your website looks great and the clarity and darkness of the designs and engraving makes a great impression. Nothing like what I received. I ordered this for my twin grandchildren's first Christmas to cherrish and to remember me in later years. This is definitely not a keepsake that I was looking for. I was leary about ordering online because you usually don't get what you see. I should have known better to order online. In the future I will go to a store to see what the product is.
