crystal ice bucket By Shopper (Havre de Grace, MD) - July 5, 2015 On a whole, I am very pleased with this item. However, it has changes some from those purchased about 2 years ago. The rim of the ice bucket is rather blunt, unpolished and has almost a sharpness to the edges. Having polished, rounded edges would be more ascetically pleasing. I'm afraid the edges of the rim will chip easily.

No accent Disappointed not to be able to have "accents" which are an integral part of the French language. Had to settle with "Happy birthday" as "Bon Anniversaire" would not fit.
Would love to use your product again when you allow accents. (Seems like a simple addition to me)
Beside this restriction, The product is marvelous and the process simple.

 DecentThe glass was a nice weight & nice size but the engraving wasn't that great it was so thinly engraved you can't really read it
