 NO PICTURE to REFERENCEAlthough this is very cute, it is difficult for the recipient to put the puzzle together when it is not whole apon arrival and has no picture to look at. It would be great to have one or the other. Otherwise, great product!

Fun but too small By Shopper  (Channahon, IL) - October 7, 2011 I purchased this gift for sweetest day for my boyfriend. It was a great idea for a gift but it was just too small. I recommend buying the 252 square puzzle instead, because you're really just buying the heart shape. And you'll get a cool tin to put it in when you're done. I wasnt too happy.

Too dark The puzzle was extremely dark you could barely distinguishable the green from brown from black even though the picture I submitted was not dark at all ! It was hard putting the puzzle together when all the pieces were practically black. I recommend brighten your image a lot

Heart photo The puzzle was much smaller than was anticipated. Also, the colors of the photo were not properly translated to the puzzle. Everything came out much darker than the photo itself. We would not purchase this product again.

Picture I like almost everything, it was a picture of me and my bf and the only thing that I don’t like is that our faces look dark and that makes the puzzle look ugly. It was a valentines gift so I’m not happy with it.

Picture Puzzle By Shopper (Altoona, PA) - December 31, 2017 I the customer am not to thrilled on my order. Not only did I not get every detail I ordered, yet the picture on the puzzle is blurry. Also for the price you would expect it to be nicer than what it is.

Inconvenient Service The company sent me the wrong puzzle. I was forced to do the puzzle in order to get the correct one mailed.

no picture included By Shopper (savannah, GA) - February 15, 2017 This puzzle arrived with no picture of the completed photo to go by when putting it together. I had to print out a picture from the sale page. This seemed a little chintzy considering the price to get the puzzle made.

Too small and not very clear photo This is the first item I have purchased from Personalization Mall that I have been unhappy with. The pieces are tiny, the puzzle once completed is about a 5 x 7 size and it is not a real clear photo. You have to look at it from certain angles for it to look like a photo. Disappointed this time.

very dark Puzzle came in a cute velvet bag and was shaped like a heart, but photo was very dark.

Heart puzzle I was a little disappointed with this purchase. The puzzle pieces were not all cut completely and a few of the pieces were actually separating on the edges. I glued them and that seemed to work, but should not have to fix something to use it the first time.

fast shipping poor quality By Shopper (High Ridge, MO) - July 16, 2012 I was pleased with the ability to see personalization before ordering and the speed of shipment, but the puzzle was thin and easily bent when putting together and taking apart. the picture did look nice but i would not recomend ordering this cheap quality puzzle.

needs improvement the quality of the picture was much better that what was printed also the quality of the puzzle pieces is less than satisfactory. if your not worried about quality over the sentimental thought then this is a good product but to me its worth less than advertised.

 Damaged I was very excited about this order. It was going to be a valentines gift but because the product came in damaged I’m hesitant to gifted. The puzzle came in a large box but it was mailed in a much smaller box witch made it bend in the center. I’m very disappointed. I order sooo much from this website never had a problem but this time it was as if they didn’t care to see that the item didn’t fit in their mail box and still squeezed it in!!!!! IM GOING TO LOOK IN TO A REFUND

Missing pieces By Shopper (Magnolia, AR) - September 29, 2020 There were missing pieces so the puzzle could not be completed and extra pieces that didn't fit in the puzzle. I e-mailed back to let them know and they never contacted me back to send another puzzle.

Very disappointed! By Shopper (Denton, TX) - January 30, 2018 I bought the first puzzle and the background was dead on but sadly my boyfriend and I looked wayyy to dark. I called and the company was amazing by sending me a new one. But then again with this puzzle; I was also disappointed. My boyfriend and I looked great but now the background is too white and even the clouds are white. The picture i sent in wasn’t dark. It was wonderful of the company to send me a new puzzle. But I do not think I’ll buy from here again.

Very Disappointed I purchased this as a gift, it came in a plastic bag. I thought it would have a picture so the person i wanted to give this to would know it's a puzzle and what it looks like. Not worth $26 for a bunch of puzzle pieces in a bag

Otherwise your giving a gift that is a tiny black bag with no idea of what the puzzle is made of. I need up not giving this gift. Not worth the money.

Piece Missing By Shopper (MANASSAS, VA) - January 26, 2015 The picture quality on this product is very nice, however, I had to give a 1 star rating because it had two major deficiencies. First, one of the pieces was bent and the picture was separating from the cardboard. And second, there was one piece missing. Unfortunately, a puzzle with a missing piece is quite a problem.
I did contact the company and they are sending out a replacement puzzle. I'm hoping this one will have no problems.

Not what we expected The puzzle is a small piece puzzle which we thought would be slightly larger and there were a few pieces that were damaged and could not be used :(
