Although there was damaged on the 1st shipment, due to packing, PM immediately sent out replacement and the care of the 2nd shipment was so appreciated. My daughter absolutely LOVED IT!

I love this shop, never disappointed! I tweaked this gift to be a special Christmas gift for my daughters sitter (aka honorary granny). She has loved and cared for my princess for two years and at the start of 2020 my little one will start at daycare. When I bought this frame and wrote my choice of words in the given area, I was a little worried when I viewed the preview. This was because some of the words had run over onto the tree branch art and I was worried I wouldn't be able to see them. But, when I got the frame, none of the words had run over and I was extremely pleased with how it turned out. My only complaint would be how the picture is put in. I had trouble figuring out how to get it in the little slot. It would be much easier if the frame had a back like a normal frame. Overall though, I LOVED this item! Thanks for another satisfying purchase, PMall!
