The presentation is great. I agree with others I don't think the stone and the quality is substantially the best. It may last up to 3yrs before fading.

The stone personalized itself is nice but I though I was actually buying a rock and not a hollow stone. If i knew it was hollow i would not have bought it.

Very disappointed in the quality of the garden stone

It is very pretty, but I did not realize it is hollow on the inside, kind of ruins the look.

The item is nice but not quite up to par as far as the quality I expected .

When it said garden stone, I thought it would be just like a stone.
It is simply a plaque with rounded edges and sits very low to the ground.
Quality looks good and printing looks good.

... I love it anyway. The words are literally printed on, and I'll be very surprised if they last six months. I wish they were actually engraved on a "rock" made of better material. I'd be willing to pay more for one that will actually last.

The stone is just OK. Not exactly what I expected. It's only 1/2 a stone and then hollow.

I was very surprised when receiving the "garden stone" that it was not in fact a "stone" but just a shell of a stone. This is a gift and I would have preferred a full stone - not just half.

We purchases this because it said it was "engraved". I took that to mean that it would be carved into the stone. It arrived with the letters "painted" on the rock. As this is a gift, I am really hoping that the paint will not come off over time.

I read reviews and they were great but I guess I forgot to read the specifics. I did not realize what I ordered was flat and opened on the back. Does not look like it will wear very well outside. Engraving is nice.

This is not what I expected at all. We are so busy right now I don't have the time to mess around and return it within 30 days- wedding coming up... on the date you had engraved - no stickered on to the piece of plastic (not rock)- April 21st. Very sad. Very disappointed.
Unfortunatly I didn't know my daughter, the bride, ordered the same and now we have two that we have no use for. :(

I thought this would be a sweet memory for my son and his wife as they were wed in the garden of their own home. It's too embarrassing to give to them. I have been pleased with many other products I have purchased from this site, but this one needs to be scrapped.

The personal touch is so great, but I thought it was a round or oval rock, not a half a rock. It would not look so cheap if it was whole!!!

This rock is intended for the garden. It was so cheaply made they won't even put it in the garden. When my daughter called customer service to inquire about a refund she was told you do not accept returns because the items are personalized.

I am very disappointed in the quality of my purchase. I called in my order for a "Personalized Garden Stone" and its a good thing that I placed my order by phone, rather than ordering it online - When it arrived there was a spelling error. If I had placed the order online, I was told, that I would have been held responsible for this error. To their credit, Personalization Mall offered a replacement order with a correction at no charge and when requested, they bumped up the delivery of the replacement by one service level, at no additional charge.

However, beyond the spelling mistake, the "stone" itself not clearly described and the quality of the product that I received was less than I anticipated. From the description provided, I believed this was a three dimensional object (a 360 degree resin facsimile of a stone) - it is not. It is merely the top-half of a "stone", with an open, hollow back - it is more like an inverted bowl, than a stone. It is a much less substantial item than it appears. In addition, upon reviewing the inscription, I fully expect that it will fade quickly and not last more than a year or two - this is not the quality of a gift that I wanted to present to commemorate a wedding.

Because it is personalized, I'm stuck with. So, I will be presenting this gift, with an apology to the recipients, for its compromised quality. I bought this item on sale and find it unfathomable that this items was actually being sold at the full price, without a more complete description provided.

The quality and what I believe was a purposefully poor description of the item, gives me pause to buy from Personalization Mall in the future. However, there are other items on their website, that seem less susceptible to what I found was a deceptive presentation, so I may be back, but will do so with more caution and suspicion regarding the quality of the actual product
