Smaller than expected I did not notice the size when ordering. Very surprised by how small it is. If you are not familiar with how personalization mall works, these items go on sale almost every other week. I ordered 4 items. The very next day the promotion was 20% off & free shipping. Called to ask for a price adjustment, they refused. Disappointing and poor customer relations.

Size The plaque was very nice, but it’s really tiny. The picture can be a little deceiving because it looks big in the photo. The size of the plaque is the size of a child hand. Anyways, the graduate loved it and that’s what matters!!

Stand Item is cute but would be better if they included a little stand for the price.

Not what I expected I have to admit I did not pay attention to the dimensions of this item. It is much smaller than I expected from what I thought was plaque; it is more of a standing paperweight (4x4). I am keeping but will definitely pay closer attention when ordering in the future.

Nice but small Item nice but smaller then I expected. The picture makes it look much larger. It is about the size of your palm. Pay attention to the dimensions. I had not paid close attention to those prior to ordering. Otherwise extremely nice gift.

graduation momento I liked the presentation of it but the actual size of plaque is much smaller than it appears in picture. From that stand point I was disappointed but other than that I am satisfied.

Too small I loved the look of this product. It is exactly like it shows except it is very small and you just don't realize that until you recieve it. I bought it for a student of mine who is graduating from college this May & I hope she likes it!

Disappointed By Shopper (New York, NY) - May 15, 2017 I was very disappointed with this item the picture leads you to believe that it is at least 5x7. This item is very small and I don't know what you would do with it. I was trying to use it as a gift for someone who received their Masters. DISAPPOINTED.

Graduation plaque The product price seemed to be very reasonable, but once the product was delivered to me, I was shocked by its size. It's the size of your palm! The picture makes it look big, but the actual product is minuscule.

Disappointed It's very small, beware, the picture made this look so much bigger!!! Its very very tiny!!! Only 3" tall and 4" wide. I guess I should've paid more attention to the dimensions before buying. Don't think it's worth the money!!

Nice, but too small It is a nice keepsake, however, it is much smaller than I expected. Maybe if the display could be shown next to something or with a ruler, it would help.

 Size was misleadingDisappointed in how small it was. Plus, it took forever to arrive. I ordered it way in advance to get there for my niece's graduation. It arrived weeks after.

Disappointing At first glance I loved it (on this page), but in hand I was disappointed with the size of the keepsake. Beautiful engraving, but had I known the size I would have made my purchase elsewhere.

Picture misleading So disappointed! The picture makes it look bigger than it is. It will fit in the palm of your hand. to small for such a big achievement- graduation.

too tiny I was so excited to open the gift when I saw the size, :( so very dissapointed, it can fit in your pocket!!! really! is so
supposed to be big or at least a good size so you can put it in your room or place where anybody can see, well nobody is going to be able to

Disappointed I guess this was my own fault but the picture made this look so much bigger!!! I got it for my oldest daughter who just graduated college and this thing is very very tiny!!! Only 3" tall and 4" wide. A little bigger than a match box~! I guess I should've paid more attention to the dimensions before buying. Paid over $30 for this and a card, not worth 15 in my opinion. READ THE DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY
