I have ordered four items and to date they we all exactly as I expected in quality, price and delivery.

I love these mugs and order them often. The last one I purchased arrived with a broken handle and I was pleased to find out the mug would be replaced and shipped in enough time for me to give it away as a gift to someone who served as an emcee for one of events.

The design-your-own software was easy to understand and gave lots of great options. The product was made and delivered quickly and exactly as I envisioned from the on line design. The price was reasonable. 5 stars for the process, the company and the product.

it takes minutes to design, seconds to order and even faster to get delivered the only issue We have is that two pieces were broken due to poor packaging, but with a better secure wrap box will help to prevent this issue again, but the replacement we get on time for the celebration. thanks +++++

Great job on printing. Cup is perfect and washes well and microwaves well. Graphic came out perfect. No issues but as a suggestion it would be nice to have a color choice on mugs not just white on the 30oz. Would love to get a black mug. And if the printing went top to bottom that would be nice too. But otherwise its perfect and exactly what I wanted.

What I had is what shows on the mug, with nice color and sharp image. It is beautiful and of high quality. I am happy.

The 30 ounce mug I wanted had been a difficult item to find! "Design Your Own" was easy to use. Delivery was very prompt. Overall a VERY positive experience. These folks are my first choice for any personalization products!

I was very happy with the result, and so was our trivia team. The venue where we go every Tuesday for Trivia only had small coffee cups left, so my team members were complaining about not having mugs, so as a surprise I ordered personally printed ones just for our team members, and it was such a hit! They looked great, and it was so easy to order, not only that they arrived really quickly! Recommend this company to everyone.

Excellent speed in turnaround!
Graphic was a little "fuzzier" than expected, need to specify DPI for image in layout area.
Image had to be shrunk a bit, even though I used the supplied image size for the image in Photoshop.
Overall, very good quality, mug ecstatically received!

Couldn't possibly be happier. First of all, the product was perfect and even nicer than expected. Second, and more important, when the mug arrived damaged (due to shipper error, not the mfg) a replacement arrived in LESS than 24 hours.
