I ordered four design-your-own mugs and found the whole process surprisingly inexpensive and easy to do. I uploaded a design I'd made for both sides of a 15 oz mug. That took just a few minutes. The mugs were shipped and arrived faster than I expected. They were packaged in individual cardboard boxes and came without any nicks or damage, looking great. I was very pleased with the whole experience.
