This is the first time I tried to create a customized mug. I wasn't sure how it would turn out but was pleasantly surprised to see the final product. Personalization Mall did an excellent job duplicating my design and the mug is also very good quality. The final price including shipping was also competitive.

These mugs were exactly what I wanted. Although the design process was a bit laborious, I was happy with the colors and placement of the text and image. So much so, that I placed a larger order one week later, only to learn that it's not possible to easily recreate the exact same design you've already ordered.

I really like how big the print area is - it covers the whole cup except for the handle area. With the exception of a white line separating one side from the other, it could be all one big design, all the way around.
