They live on the opposite side of the country from me, so I had it shipped to me so I could see it, before sending it on. The engraving is perfect. The only issue was that there was nothing included to display it, included. I called Customer Service ASAP & didn't have to wait long for a Service Rep. He immediately put in an order for the acrylic stand. It should arrive in only a few days, leaving me time to ship it across country in time for their anniversary. Accidents happen, & PM is fixing this right away. Great Service much appreciated!

parent's anniversary My parents really loved this. I decided to use lyrics from their wedding song as the message on the frame. I am only upset that the square around the photo has a gold finish, I thought it was silver as the photo shows. Silver for the 25th?
