The picture is not engraved that’s the only thing I was surprised about. She loved the gift and it’s heavy and bigger than I expected. You can also changed the picture out to a different one. It was also well packaged and VERY VERY insulated.

It was a word spelled wrong.

Treasured Frame. Wrote a poem for my mom in 2008 and had it etched on this frame for Mother’s Day. The poem was read in 2022 at moms funeral. The frame was knocked over and destroyed two weeks ago and devastated me. So grateful to be able to replace it all these years later. It has different etching but is beautiful and brought joy to me.

This frame is so beautiful and a perfect gift for my mom this Mother’s Day. I actually received it in the mail, and it was shattered (I’m sure because the curriers were not careful with it and it’s glass, nothing to do with the company)- I called customer service and they assured me that they will send out another frame free of charge.
