It was not packed well at all for shipping. However, the customer service rep was attentative, explained what to do and Personalization Mall reacted right away to reproduce and resend the item. Almost perfect! The glass is nicely balanced and light. It feels good in your hand especially with wine in it! The stenciling/etching is spot on and I am pleased with it. It was probably my fault but I didn't realize the dots were going to be on the glass. I didn't choose, want, or expect them. My wife, whom I bought the glass for, is still pleased with the gift but she said she could have done without the dots. I don't know how I missed that. I will still continue to purchase products from Personalization.
