I have ordered at least 10 items from here and have been extremely pleased with the quality and amazed at how quick I receive the items... I ordered on Friday and it shipped Friday afternoon and received it on Tuesday!

I recently needed a special gift for our neice that was turning 30. I went on the computer and found the Personalizationmall.com website. I instantly was drawn to the wooden frame. I had it sent to my house instead of her house by mistake, but I am glad I did. I was able to see the very fine work in person. The construction of the frame is rock solid. You cannot feel any seperation in the corners where the wood is joined. I could not be happier with my purchase. I took the frame to work to share with my co-workers. All 8 of them took down the website address and will use it in the future. I too will be turning here instead of the pricy mall stores.

Love the wood frame. Would have like the frame to contain glass instead of plexiglass.

Frame was great. There was no glass. The included plastic substitute was not clear. - had a milky shade that cause picture to be fuzzy and muted. Had to use glass from an unused frame I had.

The frame and detail are beautiful and as described. The packaging was not great and the picture was backwards when it arrived. However, great frame and would recommend it.

I thought this would be a fantastic birthday gift for the grandma who has everything, and boy was I right! I was a little disappointed with the quality of the back piece and the fact that it was scuffed up, but the actual frame was great quality.
