It's ok but... When designing your product keep in mind that the image will wrap around. I suggest ensuring the object is well inside the light guideline when you are on the creating page. This will make sure your design stays on the front and not wrap around. I liked the fact that I could personalize but I was under the impression it would be printed on clear glass but it was printed on write. The clarity could be a tad bit better, but overall it turned out ok. The recipient of my ornament was pleased.

Low Quality I ordered MANY ornaments in different styles and layouts. I was really excited to get them as there were about 15 from different years and trips, kids, grandkids, etc. The quality of most of them was not as good as I had expected. The centering was off, and the photo quality was poor (from professional photos). I double checked the proofs and made sure everything was in alignment according to the site. I still have about 10 more to order but will not order from here.

Not as good as imagined... It didn't turn out as nice as I thought it should. And being I ordered 9 as gifts for a special group of friends it was sad opening the box to realize it looked so dodgy.

Poor quality and writing isn't visible Very disappointed! The picture is not crisp at all, and the writing that we added to remember the event is not visible. The colors came out very dark and the black writing is hidden in the darkness of the image.

Image quality was disappointing I don't know if the photo I uploaded was too large for the program to handle properly, or if the process of putting a photo on a ceramic ornament just doesn't allow for more crispness, but the image on my ornament is pretty blurry/fuzzy. Bummer.

Star is OK I chose this ornament specifically because I could put my logo on it. The logo file I sent was an .eps format and high quality. It tried all formats for the website and all of them came back as "low quality". I knew the .eps was the best quality and it looked fine on the screen. When the stars arrived it was grainy. Would I buy this again, NO. I will forgo the logo for a better product or find another provider who can print it better.

imperfections By Shopper (North Fort Myers, FL) - December 12, 2013 On one star ornament, the picture was slightly off center which left the date at the bottom only partially visible and the other had a couple of very small dots on the face of the person in the star.

ONE DESIGN ON BOTH SIDES... Misleading The product is fine enough but the description is misleading. I created an image for the front, then pressed an ambiguous unlabeled circular arrow button that I thought flipped to the back side. I then created a 2nd design for the back. Turns out the last design i made printed on both sides. The image in the description shows two different images and aside from an unclear bullet point note, theres nothing to tell me that its one design duplicated. Why would you want the same thing on both sides and why wouldnt it give you an option to do two?

Design in preview was clear, but very blurry in the final product By Shopper (Kenner, LA) - March 9, 2017 There are numerous fonts, colors and effects available to be used when designing your ornament. I used several different fonts, various colors and differing colors for outline effect. The preview screen showed the text in the design as being crisp and clear. However, when I received the final product, each of the 6 lines were blurry with 2 lines so blurry that they could not be read at a normal distance. Contacted Customer Service and was told that their Quality Control Dept advised that the ornament was manufactured correctly. They blamed me for the blurriness saying that to be clear the design needed to be very simple without any text effects (shadow or outline) and block fonts. No where in the website did it state that. Reluctantly, Customer Service did issue me a store credit to allow me to re-make the ornament using different fonts, colors and no effects. However, I had to pay an additional shipping charge. I have not received the replacement ornament to see if the quality of the design is improved. Suggest keeping the text large, simple block font and dark colors with no text effects to try to eliminate the blurriness.

Disappointed The logo I chose to put on the T-shirt was blurry and off center. I added an additional word that was off center and kind of blurry too. I have talked to Personalization Mall customer service and hopefully will have this resolved.

Disappointed By Shopper (Elmhurst, IL) - December 12, 2016 The ornament itself was fine. I'm not sure what happened. I used a high-res logo and it turned out blurry and just didn't look good. I'm glad I ordered one to test before I ordered for gifts! I'm disappointed. This would have been really cute. Staff at Burr Ridge pick up office were really nice.

Not worth the money Evidently no one looks at the finished product. The hole for the ornament landed in the middle of the eye of the person in the photo. It doesn't show during the initial setup

Customer service was helpful, but their Quality Assurance claimed color was off was because I had enhanced my original. I had not, and they didn't seem to know enough about photo processing to be able to tell me what I needed to do to it so it would come out right when I considered to try ordering a replacement. Could have been a nice product if they had handled the color properly, or if they had known enough about the subject to offer reasonable help so I could reorder and get the product I had expected. Exceed my expectations? Absolutely not! Very disappointed
