I just want to say my first one came split right on the wood grain. I contacted customer service and they were great. I had my replacement one so fast and it was perfect.I felt it was a cute gift for my boyfriend of 5 years whom is also a mail carrier.

I bought this for my husband as an anniversary gift. He loves it and is taking it to work to put on his desk. He loves how the wood is burned and the smell of the wood.

I bought this for my daughter to give to her uncles and they are an excellent gift. . They are a little smaller than what I expected but it's quality makes up for that! Very nice! I definitely recommend this products. Whatever you order from personalization mall is always amazing!

A great little product. Very affordable and cute.

The product was extremely easy to find and was the perfect personalized gift. The price was very good and it came packaged tightly so it was protected. Love it!
The only issue that I had was having it delivered. I paid for next day shipping and it did not come for several days later, (so I did not have the response back to a proposal) and was not in time.

I got this for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day and he just LOVED it! Thought it was very sweet and original.

I sent this to my son as his 18th Birthday Card since he is away at school and I can't be with him this year:( Very sentimental gift; he loved it! Great idea! I even added the time he was born. He put it on his desk so he can always see it; much better than buying a card!!!!

I got this for my husband and I am absolutely thrilled to give it to him for Valentine's day. Although a little smaller than I had anticipated, I still love it just the same. The words are engraved and it even comes with a little stand to put the postcard on. Definitely recommend as a unique gift!

I purchased this as a gift for Valentines Day. It came out really nice however it is smaller than I expected. Still, very happy with the purchase!

nicely done ...format smaller than a postcard but in the future I would like to be doing not only Personal English subtitles

It was smaller that I thought it would be. The cursive writing is hard to read. I still think that's it's beautiful. It had a pleasant wood smell as it came out of the packaging. All-in-all, highly recommend.

I love this personal greeting to a special friend. My only complaint was that in the word MOST, the T could have been as clear as the other letters. But it is readable, and I am mailing it anyway.
Otherwise I LOVED the gift, and he will also!

I bought a "Sending Love Personalized Wood Postcard" in the Black stain as a gift. Had bought one before in the natural stain and I loved it and so did the recipient. The black stain on this one prevented some of the letters from showing up clearly. I contacted Customer Service and was asked to send a picture. Upon receiving the picture I immediately got an email from Customer Svc and they agreed to replace it with a new one which was satisfactory. This is a cute idea and I would recommend this product, but would order it in a stain other than the black. Cust. Svc. was very responsive to my needs and I appreciated the great and timely response!

Very nice but i wish print would have been a touch darker

It looked just as preview photo showed, I loved it. The only thing I was shocked about was the size. Totally my fault for not reading the dimensions and just assuming from the picture but I would definitely recommend reading the dimensions. The two feet for the stand are also a little wimpy, definitely would only stand on a flat surface and can’t be hit or it will fall over. Over all I am happy with it.

This looks just as it does in the picture. It is a cute simple gift when you aren't sure what to give.

At first I received a post card that was cut in half. Customer service did a great job of sending out a replacement. The product was put together really nice. I would recommend this product to all my family and friends.

I liked it but would suggest it be 1 inch longer and wider. Too small and hard to read at a small distance. The signing of the names are not good and almost impossible to read.

I like the quality. Wished it were larger.
