The product came exactly as specified & is an adorable gift. One issue: the inscription on the right (the address area) is very light & barely readable.
Also, I would have been happy to have font choices. Still think it's a great gift and would order again. I recommend.

I loved exactly how it was presented but I thought it would be a little bigger!

I bought it for my boyfriend for his birthday.He loves it. It came pretty fast as well.like how they wrote on it. Wasn't expecting it to be that small, other than it was a great product. the website is my new favorite. Wish I knew about it sooner!

Purchased for Valentines. Small 3x5 postcard size. Great addition to a gift basket or with flowers. Lettering needs to be a little darker. Still would buy again. It's cute and different!

I thought this was the cutest gift when I bought it. I knew my girlfriend would love it, which she did. However, the only thing I'd say is wrong with it is how small it is. I was expecting something a little smaller than an average picture frame, but this was much smaller

I must have not paid attention to the size dimensions or perhaps the pictures online were misleading because this wood postcard was significantly smaller than I recognized. Other than that I was very pleased with the product.

Really the only thing I would say bad about this product is that it's a lot lighter and smaller than I thought it would be. Other than that, it is really cool! You can put it on display anywhere you like really, because it has the little stands that comes with it. Very pretty and cool. I like it.

It didn't arrive by Valentine's day, like it was supposed to. Its a nice piece, smaller than I thought it would be.

Only problem I had with the product was the smell! It was such a strong burnt wood smell that even holding it would make your hands smell like it and it smelled up the room it was opened in for a bit. Other than that it was cute loved the engraving and it was packaged in a nice little drawstring bag

This gives your love as a surprise present, fine workmanship however smaller than most of us expected. Nonetheless, it will be a great keepsake for Valentine's Day.

Great for someone you love

I liked everything, but the only problem that I have is that the wording was not painted dark enough to see clearly. I was very unhappy about that.

Monogramming work great, quality is good, however feel overpriced for actual gift I purchased compared to gifts I purchase and send with Amazon and Vista Print.

This wooden card is a neat idea, but was a little smaller than I expected, and the customization was difficult to read. online, it looked like the personalization would be white on the red background, but it came as black on red, and very difficult to read. My husband is colorblind and I would have never ordered something in black on red, as it is a difficult combination for him to see.

The card was beautifully designed and the writing looked great. Although the card was alot smaller than I expected.

it was a nice piece of wood. Lettering was done nicely, except the "signature & who it was to"....Cut out the cursive writing and it would of been almost perfect. One of the stands was stuck to the front of it, right on the writing. So, I had to touch it up since it pulled some of the paint off. Not sure if I would order from here again or not. Had issues with both things I ordered

A lot small than I expected.

It's a cute idea. I do not like the stand it comes with. It's just 2 little seperate pieces to set it on. If you loose one of them then you are screwed. And it has a terrible smell to it. It was wrapped in bubble wrap and I could smell it before I opened it.

I know the dimensions were in the description but this was surprisingly small.

I love the postcard, it's a really great gift. I just wish, we are able to go back and change stuff, I understand they do not let us, so they can send it out quickly but even if its just for an hour after, most people know if they want to change something right away, so that would give you enough time, to go back and make changes.

I purchased a Groupon for this item. At a third the original price, I believe it was worth the cost. The item was much smaller than I expected, and much thinner, but overall I can’t be too disappointed. If you intend to pay full price, I believe you may be disappointed...look to buy this item on sale.
