I ordered this item for my Mom. My brothers and I are giving mom an 80th birthday party in November. We ordered this item to use on a table with framed pictures of her through out her life. This was a great piece to use in the center and she will keep it after the party. The quality is excellent and although it is on acryllic it is easy to read. Very pleased with this item.

This glass heart is absolutely lovely. I was a little nervous because I thought the lettering would be to small and hard to read but when I received it I was pleasantly surprised at how clear it actually was to read. It's a very sentimental item and I know my parents will love it.

The engraved heart is very beautiful. Heart-warming letter from Son (who recently passed) to Mom. The writing is hard to read unless you have it on a dark background.

Great product but I suggest you either include or sell a optional Black base This would put this item over the top.

It's a 5x5 so it's much smaller than I thought it would be.

It was beautiful. The heart had no scratches or smudges on it. The only reason for the 4 stars is that it would have been nice to have the font a little larger, because we didn't have as many words on it.

This item is really nice but a little too small.

It is smaller then I thought it would be but it is gorgeous.

It seems as the heart has changed to a cheaper version of what it used to be. it is very slippery to hold, does not seem to be as thick as it was. I do hope it
will stand on a shelf and not slip.

I really like the idea we can write our own message and you supply a heart shaped item to have it etched on.

My Mother Loved Her Personalized Heart Sculpture... I wish I could've put more on it. I wanted to be able to put a quote on it. For most it is probably enough characters.

This a very nice personalized heart sculpture. The only thing I don't like is that the script is so small I need cheater glasses to read it. The entire sculpture would be perfect if it was just a bit larger with larger more easily readable script and maybe a base or stand to nest it in. Otherwise very nice.

I LOVE THE QUALITY AND THE SHAPE AND WEIGHT OF PRODUCT. UNFORTUNATLEY , MOM WONT BE ABLE TO ENJOY IT BECAUSE THE PRINT IS TOO SMALL FOR HER OR MYSELF TO READ IT. I WISH THERE WAS A WAY I COULDVE ENLARGED THE TEXT BEFORE SUBMITTING IT. OH WELL, LESSON LEARNED. NO MORE TEXT ITEMS UNLESS GUARANTEED ABLE TO VIEW.

I bought this product for my mom recently. It came super quickly, that being four days! I really think this product is good. However, it has three small flaws.
1. It is smaller than I expected, and it's kind of hard to read what it says. It's still acceptable though.
2. One more thing that I didn't expect, is that the writing looks Pixley. This is only noticeable when you look closely, so it shouldn't decide for you if you buy this product or not.
3. I feel like the packaging for $9.99 (I believe) is not worth it either. It's just one little black box with paper inside to protect it.
Other than these three things, the product is solid. The material is very solid. The customization was correct, so I am happy with this product, considering that is the purpose of buying something like this. I would give this product an overall four stars.

is it beautiful smaller than i thought it’s was going to be that’s the only reason it get 4 stars instead of 5 but the shipping was so fast as well as the delivery came very well protected overall happy with my purchase.

The text is incredibly tiny and a bit hard to read. Putting something dark behind it helps. I am sure my mom will love this.
