This is a beautiful piece. It said what I wrote the only thing was the font is to small. Other than that that I will surely order again.

It was smaller then I thought it would be, but other then that it was very nice.

Got this for my moms birthday and she loved it. I just thought it was going to be a smidge bigger - she had some trouble reading it.

I paid $9.00 for a box which I thought was gonna be personalized with her name on it but it was not and I feel the that box should have been free to ship the gift in. But the gift is beautiful and I think it will look nice .

The heart sculpture was very nice. i would have given it a 5 but the writing is very small.

My mother indicated that this was absolutely sentimental and beautiful The only complaint is with her bing a bit older, the writing is too tiny for her to read without magnifying glasses. Maybe for future, either etching to be in a brighter more vibrant color for people who have issues with reading and or a bigger font. This gift meant a lot to my mom and I would recommend it to be purchased.

I love it and my mom loved it too BUT I wish it had the measurements included and an option for a bigger size. This item is so small, my mother literally needed a magnifying glass to read the message. I did not even think to question measurements which is my fault but I was so disappointed cause I knew she wasn't going to be able to read it. Otherwise it is exactly what you see in the display picture.

Personal scripture - lettering could have been a bit bigger but otherwise the gift was well receive.

First of all, it turned out beautifully. Product was delivered actually before the promised time. Editing of the personal message leaves a lot to be desired, a lot of trial and error tbph. My only other issue is that the font looked wayyy smaller than seen on web site. All in all this product produced the desired effect (or is it affect? Always had trouble with that). My Mom cried like a baby. I would definitely recommend their vast array of personalized products.

Everything Was Beautiful But Letters Was Too Small...

Overall I was pleased. The weight was more than expected. The only complaint was the type appeared slightly blurry and somewhat difficult to read. For this reason, I’ve decided against purchasing it for a gift.

It’s a heavier acrylic piece than I was expecting. I’m overall pleased with one exception. The engraving is not as clearly sharp and somewhat difficult to read. I was planning on purchasing one as gift but because of that, I’ve changed my mind.

The only thing I did not like is the script is smaller than it appeared to be when I ordered. So it is a little difficult to read.

Item is very nice/cute. BUT it is a bit too small. Needs to be a bit larger. Quite hard to read the tiny little engraved print. Maybe 6" or 7" would be much better than the 5". Or at least OFFER the larger sizes.

Got this wonderful gift for my mother and she loves it.

My parents loved it. The only downside was I bought it with a gifting kit but it never arrived with it.

Good quality but hard to read

I bought one of these for the last 14 years of my marriage. They used to come with a red back. I liked them better than the clear, but I still order them every year. This has turned out to be a really neat way to look back at how my husband and I have grown over the years. I saw they have the color backed ones again, but they were for short text versions. Hoping to see them have the "love letter" style in colored backs next year! I've never been disappointed with these. Great product!

The heart itself was what I expected, but the wording could hardly be read. It had to be held at a certain angle to read. If the inscription had been a bit larger I would have rated it a five star.

I bought this for my mom for Christmas and she loved it! I also love it and I really like the font. The only thing that can be alittle annoying is that everytime you touch it there is little fingerprints on there. I’m sure it’s normal though! Thank you

Nice product. Came in a timely manner. Only thing I didn’t like was how small the print was. My mom just turned 70 and had a hard time reading it. I’m 36 and I nearly did also. Otherwise was a lovely product.

This came in a good quality brand and was very big in size. My mom loved it as her birthday gift and shipping was very fast! I would recommend!!

I absolutely loved my personalized heart sculpture! The detailed writing is so lovely and the glass heart is amazing. I didn't know it would be so heavy, while being crisp clear. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants to make and send a memorable gift to their loved ones to get this. the only reason I gave it a 4 star was because of the size. It is a little smaller than I thought, nonetheless, it is gorgeous.

gift was perfect. The only complaint I have is the wording is small. Especially for a person over a certain age my mom can barely read the lettering I had to read it for her but other than that the gift was perfect

I purchased this as a gift for my mothers 70th birthday. The heart was very nice. Very pretty. Love the idea of writing a wish engraved on something that can be displayed and seen and looked at more often than a card that gets put away. It’s such a beautiful idea. I was, however a bit disappointed with the font as I found it to be very small and almost illegible especially for someone who is older as the recipient. My mom loved the gift and that’s what matters.
