My mom loves it it’s nice and neat but it’s so tiny I had no idea u have to really have 40/40 vision to read it.

Came with some scuffs/ bubbles on the sides. Print is very small

Beautiful product, loved message. I would’ve bought this for my Mom. Unfortunately, My mom passed away suddenly in a car crash this summer. So I bought it as a memory to sit by her urn. 3 stars due to a chip in the glass.

Although the concept and the quality is nice, the writing is WAY too tiny. You basically have to get a magnifying glass to read it and this is for my mother who can’t see the best anyway. I was disappointed in how small it was.

The verbiage provided is too long for the sculpture so it is very hard to read

I was so excited about this gift for my mother but when it arrived, the font was so tiny, it was impossible to read :-( It probably a font size 6. I don't know why they didn't enlarge the font because there was definitely room to do so with the extra space around the wording. The item itself is just as described and its super pretty, but the text definitely needs to be larger.

I like the design. The print is small. I knew it would be, but the on-screen preview was very clear. The actual glass is hard to read. Recommend you let people know that based on the amount of text, print may not be clear. Or limit the text to a lesser number of characters. I'm not sure if I will give this as the gift I planned due to the lack of text clarity.

Low resolution

This product was beautiful but smaller than I thought and I feel like it should have came with a stand. But it is beautiful and the recipients will love them.

They should shorten the line limit because when I got it, it was hardly readable.

My recommendation would be to not put as many words. I used the product sample and the lettering was tiny! Difficult to read. Im disappointed

The product had great shape and weight but the letters were so small and the print was so thick it made it very hard to read. I recommend a larger font for printing

The thought of this gift idea is so cute but the font size on it is so small my mother couldn’t read it (She has no vision problems). My nine year old opened it when it first came in and she even said “good luck reading this mom”. Just wish the font was larger

This is for mom/grandma! Most don’t have 20/20, but this font size is ridiculous! You need a magnifying glass! Other than that, beautiful sentiment.

The lettering was so small my mom couldn't even read it I had to read it to her, overall she liked it so that’s all that matters.

The etching wasnt very deep and quite small so perhaps should have had larger font and less lines, or larger item to use. Was difficult for my mom to read.

This is really pretty and I like it - but the message is so small. I will have to write the message out on paper for my mom to read it and know what it says

The plaque is nice but the lettering is too small to read. You need a magnifying glass to read the words. Not impressed

The quality of the product was very good. However, as many others have stated, the lettering was so small it could not be read without a light behind it. The true sentiment was lost. Very disappointed. When I reached out to the company their thoughts were, we can't do anything about it, this is what you ordered.

Beautiful piece except the engraving is much too small...can barely read inscription! Need a magnifying glass to read what it says!! Will have to apologize to my daughter for the inconvenience.

I ordered a size where the writing is very small as well. If I knew it would be that hard to read I would not have ordered. Not sure if it comes in bigger sizes

it entire thing is really small and the words and smushed around. could’ve spent $30+ on something better.

I thought this was gonna be way bigger and a little heavier but instead it’s the entire size of my hand which is pretty small for a girl but all in all everything else was as I wanted and as the picture showed .

I really love the gift itself; however, I am very unhappy with how small the font is. While writing my message it allotted a number of text lines, and I specifically chose to have less so that the font wasn’t cluttered. My mom loves the gift, but I had to read it to her for her to understand the message. Nice gift but bigger font please!

The lettering very small my mother won’t be able to read ! The heart looked very big! I feel sad because I really want her to read what it says for Christmas. Now I have to buy her another gift !

The product turned out good. But I payed for you guys to wrap the gift for me. But when I opened the package the box was destroyed and the glass heart was about to fall out. So I am not too thrilled about that but other then that the actual product came out really good

I love this glass heart for my mom with the writing letterfrom me. The issue is the writing is way to small. Its hard to read. They should of definitely made it bigger. That is my disappointment. But she loved it.

I ordered this to commemorate my mom's 75th Birthday so she would have a keepsake for this milestone birthday. Perhaps I should have paid closer attention to the detail but I didn't realize how small it was. Because of the size, the lettering is very hard to read. I had to either put it really close to my eyes to be able to read it, or put it in front of a dark background so the white letters were easier to read. I think maybe the lettering could be darker or maybe a dark background should be added if white lettering is going to be used. My mom loved it and it allowed me to express my gratitude for her in a commemorative form so I guess it basically served the purpose. I would recommend it with larger lettering and darker lettering.

Part my fault for not reading what it was made of, I thought it was going to be glass and it’s plastic like. Also the words were kind of hard to read, they weren’t as clear as what is in the picture. They did ship fast and accurate but I should have spent more on higher quality product.

The Letter to Mom Personalized Heart was much smaller and extremely difficult to read unless you placed something behind it. Perhaps if the font was black or you placed a piece of felt on the back, otherwise it just blends in with the glass. My mother, 75 years old had a difficult time reading it, which became extremely frustrating for her.

The product shipped quickly and even though she received it on Saturday, day before Mothers Day, she had to wait for someone to come over and read it to her.

The price for this product should probably be dropped below $20.00 due to size and difficulty reading it or not recommended for older mothers. Broke my heart since I live in another state that she was so frustrated due to not being able to read it herself, the color of the font was the main problem.

I love this concept. However; the font is so small you can barely read it. I would suggest using less characters and larger font.

This product is very pretty. I have it to my mother as a graduation thank you gift. My only issue us that it is very small. The writing is very tiny if you are actually writing a small letter. I was impressed about how pretty it was,but displeased with the size..
