It was smaller than I thought it would be so the writing is very tiny. The signature line and my ending sentence ran together on the same line which looks tacky. It's cute a cute gesture and gift but could have been better overall

Product is nice but is much smaller than I anticipated. The wording is very small and somewhat difficult to read.

The heart sculpture itself is beautiful however, the font on the message was so small until my aunt had to use a magnifying glass to read it. That took away from the sentiment of the gift.

The product was smaller than I thought it would be. The inscription was smaller as well. Meaning my mom with bad eyes couldn't read it. I thought the glass would be frosted and it's not making the writing even harder to read.

It was an okay purchase. I did expect it to be a little bigger. However, it does come in a nice box with ribbon on it. I am giving it as a gift to my mom & i think she will love it.

I only rate this product a 3 Because of font and visibility of the letters. It could of been better. The letters in the poem should of been bigger. I emailed the company and asked if they were going to be, but never got an email back. So I ordered anyways. So half my fault, because I previewed the product before I bought it, and it showed small letters. So I suggest you buy an already written poem instead of creating your own. Unless there is a way to make the font bigger. She still loves it tho

While this product looks nice, it feels plasticy and the letters of the writing are incredibly small. In addition, the cursive writing is really hard to read because of the lettering being so small. There was room to make the font a smidge bigger.

Got this for my mom for Mother's Day. She loves the product but the wordings are just too hard to read.

I should have listened to the other reviewers who said that the lettering is small. However small is an understatement. When I viewed it before actually purchasing it, it didn't look small so I was disappointed when I actually received it. It was a really nice thought, but I had to read it to the person I bought it for.

Print is too small it's difficult to read otherwise it's very nice keepsake. However the writing is most important part of this.

When you look at the picture it really looks like a nice gift, but when you actually receive the item, the wording is so small you can hardly read what it says. There is also a glare when trying to read the white text though the glass. It is not a good gift for an elderly person.

I purchased this gorgeous inscribed acrylic heart for my mother in law. The script is too tiny and even I have a hard time reading it and I can find the backing to my earrings in grass. It's a wonderful idea and I'm not upset I purchased it. Its just too small and no one could read it. The heart itself is of good size but you can't read the wonderful heartfelt statement.

Received item and struggled to read what was engraved. Engraving is very poor and does not reflect the quality that is shown on the website. I sent an email about quality of etching and have heard nothing back. Would not recommend this if this is the standard quality that is sent out. Was purchased as a gift and am holding onto it until I hear back.

I bought this thinking it was about 10 inches tall. Well I was very disappointed when I opened my package and it was smaller than my hand. Quality looks nice but such a rip off, very overpriced for the size.

I spent a good amount of money on a Christmas gift for my mother thinking that it would be perfect for her and I get it in the mail and I can barely even read what it’s supposed to say on the heart. It would have been a great gift if it was readable. The white lettering is not a good idea at all.

This is absolutely terrible. This was suppose to be a Christmas gift for my mother. The font appeared to be blurry looking, or bolded. It is very unclear. I also feel the font could have been a bit bigger; there was plenty of space. Furthermore, mine showed up with a scratch/mark on it. I am asking for the same product, I hope you can get it right. I was so excited for this, but was so disappointed in the quality. I do feel the heart shape is beautiful and feels sturdy.

I wrote a poem for my mother's 90th birthday and was so excited about putting it on this heart. What arrived was very disappointing. I used the same number of lines as the photo sample online. What we received is so hard to read. It looks like the font was bolded compared to the photo online. Some parts of it are thicker than others, too. Also, know that the engraving is on the backside, which makes it even harder to read. The photo online is misleading backed by that dark grey. They make it look so crisp and clean. Ours was not!

The sculpture itself is nice but I was very disappointed with the size of the font for the personalized message. It was very small and hard to read which defeats the purpose to include the message. I was not satisfied. The font of the entire message (the larger font size) should be the same, in my opinion, and the message sized accordingly to fit on the sculpture.

Unfortunately the writing is so small that you can't read it. I had to print it out for my Mom to read the words.

The lettering was way to small. Even after taking a picture with my phone and enlarging it we could not read it. Quality of the lettering very poor.

The font is way too small. There was plenty of space left to make it actually readable. The font is so small you can’t read the words. Otherwise the piece is beautiful. I was so excited however in the end very disappointed.

The heart is a decent size (smaller than I thought) but the font is SOOOO small. I purchased for an older person and I know this is going to be an issue.

The font and script is so small that it’s very very hard to read. My mother in law will not even be able to read this with her glasses on. I am thankful I have more time to get her a magnifying glass to go with it so she and others can to use to read it. So sad that my husbands selection of their pre-written heartfelt templates was so misguided! She’s older and can still see well for her age, but even I with 20/20 vision can’t read it easily. Very disappointed and a waste of money.

The writing is sooooo small. I have perfect vision and hard time reading it. The writing appears to be in a different font and in bold making the words look like a blob.
