It's too small the words are too small I couldn't even read it I went over to my mom's house and she has glasses and couldn't even read it I had to get a magnifying men's it's even read the words had to get a magnifying glass to read the words hey Mama

I was so excited to get this as a birthday present for my mom; it is perfect because it is so delicate. BUT, the letters are so small that unless there's light going through it from the bottom, there is no way anyone can understand what is written. I wish they could have EXPLAINED so people know what they're buying.

The item that i received would of got 5 stars if i was able to read what i had engraved on it. The lettering is so small you are not even able to read it .i was very disappointed .It was going to be a Christmas gift for my mother but now i wont be able to give it to her and Christmas is next week.

We could barely read the letters inside due to them being so small. Was definitely disappointed in this item. Have bought through this company before and was very satisfied but very disappointed this time

While the idea is a great one, the overall outcome has much to be desired. I really liked the idea of giving my mom a personalized gift the final product could not be read by her or myself. The writing was so small that i had to take a picture and enlarge it just so I could read it to her. Mind you my mother is not that old and she just had Lasik vision surgery so she could have read if it was slightly larger type. The preview photo is definitely misleading as you can actually read unlike in person.

The text was entirely too small and can not be read because zooming in is not an option. I will be requesting a refund.

The concept is nice but I am so disappointed with the end result. The product feels cheap, very cheap! And the personalization is so small that my mom isn't even going to be able to read it. It was meant to be a gift for my mom for my wedding but the quality is so poor I am not even going to be able to use it. I have never received such a terribly product from personalizationmall before. Please do not order this as a gift. You will be beyond disappointed!

Staying with in the assigned number of letters, When it arrive I could not read the print even with my reading glasses, several others have tried as well. I don't even want to present the gift as I know my 82 year old mother will not be able to read and enjoy it.

i used the number of letters allowed, received it quickly, opened it in with anticipation, and then could not even read the words with glasses on. (which i don't normally wear). Wrote to complain about it, got no response. unless you are giving this to an eagle stay clear.

It was alot smaller than i what i thought it would be.

Ordered this Heart Sculpture for my mother as a Mothers Day gift. She received the package today 5/11/2016 and i was excited to here the excitement in her voice but instead i got it's nice but it is really hard to read because the print is so so small.

I am very dissatisfied with this purchase because something I ordered that I thought would bring my Mother joy DID NOT.

This product did not deliver. It's a FAIL.
