Although the personalization was on point the stones are certainly tumbled and they seem somewhat imperfect so I would not order them again. Since they are a gift I do feel right giving someone a gift as such. They almost seemed grooved or chipped so for me I am not a fan of this item.

Loved the material of coasters, wish Mr. AND Mrs. were both capitalized thought I could fix the format by using less words, etc., but it didn’t work.

Love the material it is made of because it's very sturdy and the printing is great. However, did not appreciate the final product leaving out EST before the date on the last line as it shows in the picture.

The coasters arrived chipped in several places. When I contacted Customer Service,I was told they were manufactured correctly. These were a wedding gift. I was very embarrassed giving them away.
I will not be using this comany again.

The bride was extremely happy with her gift, but when she opened it, a corner of the stone had broken off. I was embarrassed but she said that it added to the look of the coaster. Not sure if I would purchase again.

The coasters are really lovely. Very rustic the way the stone isn't smooth. My reason for giving 3 stars though, is because right after I ordered them, they went on sale 30% off. I called to see if I could be credited and they said no. Any other place I've ordered from in my life has given 2 weeks for price adjustments for items that go on sale.

The coasters looked just as pictured on website, but one of them had missing letters, as if they had been rubbed off. Disappointing. The others looked great.

I purchased 2 separate sets of the personalized coasters. One set was perfect, but the other set has chipped & broken corners on 2 of the 4 coasters. Since there are no signs of the chipped material in the shipping box, I assume it was chipped & broken before they were packed in the box.
This is the gift that I usually buy for a wedding shower gift, in the past it turned out good, but now I am not sure because of the quality issues.

Upon opening my products the stone had rough edges chipped on my coasters, and I was not a satisfied customer.

The engraving was off center. They sent me a new set fast and free but it was off center again, the exact same way the first one was. They did offer me a refund.

Ordered 2 sets of the coasters for gifts. Mine arrived with white lines through the name on one set and brown marks on the other set.The white lines looks like a scratch. The brown marks look like a coffee stain. I contacted customer service and II was told this is because they are natural stone and this is to be expected. The pictures on your website look smooth and pristine with no white lines or brown marks. I understand the rough edges because of the natural stone but there is no excuse for the white lines and brown marks. Extremely disappointed!!

When I received my coasters three out of four were chipped and cracked, could barely read the last name that was written on them. Very disappointed.

I ordered these for a wedding gift. I was extremely disappointed with the quality. Item came with all four coasters buddle up with a ribbon. The coaster on top was great, the other three coasters were very poor quality and looked as if they had been glued together. I was too ashamed of product to give as gift. I would never buy this product again.
