We personalized this gift for a friend's new home. The service, communication & shipping was fast. Only recommendation would be to reduce shipping surcharge if possible. Otherwise, loved everything and would highly recommend.

Loved this, we are giving it as a gift. The only thing that stood out to me was the State of Texas appeared crooked because that was the 1st thing we all noticed. Otherwise, we’re looking forward to visiting our friends and gifting them this canvas.

Shame on me not to bolt the other letters because u need to get closer to read about them. But I loved it very unique and special

I have ordered several of these items as client gifts as I am in the real estate business. All of my clients have really enjoyed receiving them and I have been able to fit in customized references in the lines that are available. I’m not sure if the situation was on this particular order, but I know in the group that I ordered recently that had arrived damaged (the frame was broken) that my client contacted customer service and they immediately get a replacement… It was a great experience.

I have ordered this item as a gift for clients several times in the past… This time I ordered two and decided to add the option of a personalized card…instead of just a note on the packing slip - that has been determined to have been a mistake. The item and the card were sent separately and arrived at different times by different delivery vendors, and as they were sent directly to my clients instead of to me to then give them the clients were confused when they receive the one without the other. I contacted PM customer service and received a reply that “yes we know that’s how they are sent out, I can’t do anything about it“. Will order again, but not paying extra for the personalized card.

Awesome house warming gift but gave it 4 stars because in the gray you can barely see the city.

The item was nice and all personalization was perfect but the color is a lighter gray than pictured and described therefore it lost 1 star. My daughter in law to be prefers charcoal.

Husband and I are very pleased with our canvas print. It's just as described. The size is perfect for the space where we will display it.

I love this home state canvas. Me and my husband hung it immediately and took pictures for our anniversary. The only issue we had was the canvas started sagging within a few hours. I spoke with customer service and they are doing a replacement for no charge. I do recommend their products. I also purchased name ornaments for the tree this year. They are so cute!!!!

This picture is beautiful and arrived very fast! The only thing is it was lighter than the picture showed but still, a very nice pic.

I love this picture!! It is nicely done!! I gave 4 stars due to the frame not the picture. The frame is not so nice and my husband had to fix so it could be hung. The corners of the frame do not fit tightly. I was disappointed in the frame quality.

I loved the print! Unfortunately, the canvas print that I ordered arrived damaged. The UPS box had holes cut through it, which went through the print. Hole was right through the in center of canvas print! Print could have been packaged much better! Company was very good to work with, and is replacing my order.

I have bought this for a girlfriend for house warming gift. It was very pretty and well made. It's very sophisticated looking. My girlfriend loved it alot.

I love this canvas print. The only negative is that the canvas paper was a bit loose.

It had a few nicks in the canvas when I received it. I love that it makes our home feel like home but was sad that the canvas was messed up.

The canvas itself was done beautifully. Unfortunately, we had an issue with the frame, two different shipments were damaged. Customer service was wonderful. I would order something similar again, but just plan on having it framed elsewhere, or as was suggested, hang it without a frame.

The product was exactly as shown in the preview! I love the font used.

The sign came out exactly as pictured, so we were very happy with that. Only thing was the piece of hardware you use to hang the sign was pressed up against the back of it in shipping, leaving a noticeable dent in the canvas. Luckily ours is kind of a "joke" sign we hung up in the kitchen, so it's not such a big deal. But I hope Personalization Mall will take better care when packaging products in the future. If this had been a gift or something sentimental I would have been very unhappy.

Purchased for my daughter's upcoming bridal shower gift. Very nice quality. Bought the middle size. Will be nice in her new home. Only small issue is the smaller font isn't as nice or it doesn't perfectly match the larger font as well as it should. That was just a minor complaint though. Shipping was fast. Good product.

I love the picture and quick turn around time. I purchased the extra frame and wasn't pleased with it. It is not attched well.

The item State of love personalized canvas print arrived and it was exactly what I had hoped it would be. I purchased the large one 241" x 36" to go on a wall in a den or office or behind a sofa in a family room.
I recommend it for a house warming/wedding gift.

I have purchased a few of these Personalized Canvas for my clients, and they loved it. It is a gift that you can use in your personal home, or a gift to someone else that will last a lifetime. I wish that there were more colors to choose from, though.

Very nice gift for housewarming, wedding, anniversary. Nice selection of colors. Nicely stretched on frame with hanger included. Overall, very satisfied.

Bought this for an upcoming wedding, will surprise this with them late this month! Looks fantastic!! An easy hang-up and I'm sure it will go with their decor of their home. Tough to pick since they have already been together for 15 years. Really love this choice and the ideas for sayings, even though I have known them forever, they pretty much have everything they need, so this was a neat idea. I have bought a lot of things from this website and have been very pleased with them all. (With one exception, but you can read about that on another review... just a magnet sign that got beat on by the elements from the evil climate where we live, haha)
Anyway, this turned out really nice, I think it will be a great gift for my best friend and his best friend and new husband, and the color is spot-on. Turned out exactly as I spec'd it out, I love this website, have bought a lot of gifts here or things for my own home, I recommend it all the time. Can't wait for the day I give it to them!!

overall it is very nice however they must have packaged it when paint was still wet The E at the end of my name is smudged..my husband thought it gave it character like it was homemade

This was a cute idea and I like the quality of the product.

The canvas came out beautifully; it was exactly what I pictured. The frame that I purchased was on the cheap side and had a melt mark in it. Not only that but the enclosed hanger did not hold and the canvas actually fell off the wall. The canvas was undamaged thankfully, however the frame SHATTERED. I've since taken it to a professional framing company so that won't happen again. If you want it framed, just take that the finished product elsewhere for frame work.

Order came extremely quick (within four days) and was as advertised. Pleased with the quality of the product. However, it was very poorly packaged and the back of the canvas has a gash in it (the wood that holds the canvas tight). Since this required an extra shipping fee, I am disappointed that it was not more carefully wrapped. The business can't control what happens when it is shipped, but it can certainly take more measures to make sure the product is protected from possible damage.

I found this site via Groupon, and I'm very glad that I did. I was able to custom order a gift for my husband. We were both very pleased and I look forward to using this site again. The product, a "State" of Love Personalized Canvas was easy to order and was shipped quickly.

The quality is great and the print is very clear, but I'm not fond of the font for the personalization (other than the state and names). That font looks pretty elementary to me and doesn't seem to match the rugged state and names font, so I wish there were different font options. But other than the font, I like this product.
