the bride and groom loved it.

I measured this out with my tape measure I thought it would be bigger. It's really pretty, but I wanted it to be the centerpiece to a wall montage with lots of pictures, but now I don't think it will be big enough to do that. Just make sure the size is what you're really looking for. Other than that, it's great and I'm excited to give it to my parents for Christmas.

Thank you for sending me a new "State" canvas print. The first canvas was smudged and frame was broken. My replacement was fine. I have ordered from you for many years and everything was great. The canvas print are not the same quality.

Excellent product and service and I would have rated 5 stars except add said it was ready to hang. To me that means a hanger is attached. This had none so I must install a hook or wire to hang it.

This came on time and was as expected. Very nice.

Wasn't quite the quality I was hoping for, but they loved it!

The item was exactly as pictured. I am excited to give it to my son and daughter-in-law as a second wedding anniversary gift.

I ordered this gift for a wedding in July, so they have not received it yet, but I think it looks great and I think they will love it. I ordered the medium size and it is a good size. I got the charcoal color, and I think it looks good. I gave it 4 stars because the weathered look actually is a little pixelly, especially on the larger size, but not too noticeable. But really like how much you can customize this picture!

I bought this for a friend who is getting married next month. She absolutely loved her gift as did I. The only thing I disliked is the charcoal looked more green then charcoal to me. Other then that the sign turned out perfect and made a very unique gift. I will most likely be ordering one for myself soon.

I am so very happy with both canvas sets. I purchased two for my children's Christmas gifts but when I saw them I knew they would be better as Anniversary gifts. I love them.

My family and I recently purchased a home, and I bought this to reflect our new feelings about our lovely home. The canvas makes a great addition to our living room!

My clients loved it! But they brought it to my attention that it was wrong. I guess I typed "can" and it should of been "call". I had just had eye surgery so I should of waited. But then again I guess to expect the vendor to read it to see if there are mistakes would be too much to ask for. I now read it and it doesn't make sense. Glad my clients love it, they don't care.

The first canvas was great but the frame was damaged and broke. The replacement frame was good but the canvas was a crinkled mess. My husband was able to put the good canvas into the good frame and make 1 nice wall hanging. But it shouldn’t be like this. Better packaging would have likely saved the first one, but the second one was poor quality to begin with.

Picture arrived on time and as ordered. However, personalized names had paint that oozed out of whatever type of stencil or process used.

I had to reorder this due to the fact I didn't see on the last name an apostrophe was added and should not have been there. Very pleased except having to have to pay twice.

The canvas itself is nice, looks pretty on the wall, however the frame that I opted in for is poorly made and loose. Other than the frame, I really love it!

Product definitely was NOT the quality I read about. This was a wedding gift & not giving it as such. WAY too embarrassed. Extremely low quality in graphics & picture.
However, speed of processing & delivery was great.

The wall art is good quality, came fast. First order had a misspelling, customer service team was very efficient and quickly sent me corrected version. However, I still had to pay $25 for the second shipment.

Actual picture was great but paid extra for frame and tabs were broke upon arrival on the frame so picture would not stay in.

I love the way this canvas' style looks but if you chose it in grey beware that is looks more of a light purple.

Its a great product but the only downside is the extra frame you can purchase is flimsy. Mine broke in transit but customer service was very professional and they shipped me an entirely new order free of charge.

I was very disappointed. Glad I did not pay full price but do not think it was worth even sale price.
Where the names are it looks like it was packed before it was dry and the paint smeared. I did not notice this when previewing the item.
I just received this and am thinking of returning it.

Not a fault of personalization mall but the courier service provider. Product was not delivered at all (beyond 5 weeks) and customer service was quite helpful in reordering and refunding but we were dissatisfied that we did not receive the product at all which was meant for a special occassion

The grey looks darker in the picture that in does in reality. The grey is light and the white blends in. Go with the charcoal verses the grey if you get this.

The first canvas came damaged which was remedied fairly easily - although it's ridiculous they charge $5 for extra handling of this product and yet the packaging is VERY basic.

My biggest issue is that the charcoal color is more of a light grey with darker grey splotches. Charcoal should be dark grey with black splotches (if there must be splotches) . The example photo is NOT AN ACCURATE REPRESENTATION of the actual product. Please compare my photo of the actual product with the example photos they provide. (they won't let me upload two photos side by side to compare. I should have cancelled my order when the first came damaged and I was unsure of the color - but I was hoping it would grow on me. NOPE. I doubt it will work where I wanted to hang it, but maybe my wife won't mind. Fingers crossed...

I was disappointed by the of the paint (both the background, state icon, and typeface) - the description said that the typeface might have some irregular lines, so I expected that, but the background/state icon has tons of little white dots all over the canvas. I did not expect the clarity of the canvas to be marred by this hideous all over antique stressing. The antique stressing was not discussed, nor visible in the sales example. I was really, really disappointed in the look of the end product.

I knew the product was rustic, but letters in the names were done very sloppy. White paint was strewn all around the bride and groom ‘s names. I sent in a request for a replacement but never heard from the company.

Was not packed correctly it had a tear right in the middle
