I received my order quickly but noticed the print was not straight. I reached out to customer support and the process could not have been any easier. I purchased this product as a closing gift for my sellers - they simply LOVED it. They bought their first home from me approx. 4 years ago, then had to move out of state for a new job opportunity... since being in their first home they had their two boys..so i wanted them to have something on the wall that reminded them of their first home where they had their two boys. Quality was great, and exactly as described, but after I received it, I realized that I should have ordered the larger size. It was 12" x 18" as described.

The couple that this was bought for loved the thoughtfulness that went into this.

We love it. It matches, quality on canvas seems good. My only critique would be we had to install the hanger ourselves.
