I received e-mails regarding my order. The order was shipped within the time frame listed. I received my order very fast. I received it a lot faster than I ever expected to receive it. I was expecting a low quality frame but the frame is a lot more sturdy than I expected. Overall I had a great experience from looking for my purchase through to delivery.

When I took the plaque out of the box the optional frame broke and fell apart. I called personalization Mall and they issued an immediate refund on the frame. The question asked of me was to take a few photos so she could forward them to the quality control staff so this could be examined!

Wow! This order exceeded my expectation and the price was exceptional. I had been looking to place a large photo or two above our bed and because of the glare on the glass from our windows, they never looked right. This personalized canvas is perfect and light enough to hang safely above our backboard. I would highly recommend this.

At first I was a little undecided whether or not to purchase this canvas print because I felt the cost for this item was high, a 12 x 18 print isn't very large, but it is absolutely worth the money. I will definitely purchase more of these in the future for anniversary and wedding gifts.
