I have bought many mugs and love them all. They are good quality and durability.

This cute is awesome but it’s a little smaller than I thought it would be. But it’s still super cute!!

Was so pleased that I could make my own placque and personalize them to my family. Only wish the plaques/stones were larger.

From someone who manages in a customer service call center, it was a pleasure calling in to ask for a replacement mug. Our first mug was received as a gift in multiple pieces from standard delivery shipping. We called and within the same week a replacement was received well before Christmas. We have since ordered other items.

A big HIt

I ordered two mugs for my brother and a friend. They are nice and I hope they like them.

These are great gifts. I only wish that I had the option of sticking with the same color for the names. For example, I had a cup for a husband and wife and I wish the husband's name was all blue while keeping the wife's name all pink. Other than that, it's a wonderful gift.

The coffee cups seem to be of good quality, but I don't like how the name overlaps.

Others where I work have these so I saw them before I purchased them. The names on my mugs overrides the other so you cannot see what the name is that is spelt. I was so excited to get these as gifts for Mother's and Father's Day but will probably not even give them. And I would also say that the colors are not as they appeared in the review. The green is darker so hardly shows up over the blue.
