The final product came out darker than depicted online (photo). Nonetheless, it is a sentimental treasure and did the job! Heavier than expected (canvas wrapped around wood). I bought a black easel (optional) to hold this, but it comes with a "thingy" to be attached for hanging. Wish the final product looked as good as it did online. Still, I love it! Thanks PMall!

Did not meet my expectations I love this site and order often. Which is why I'm disappointed by my order. My Canvas came with a scuffed up corner and the picture wasn't as clear as I wanted.

Christmas photo The only thing I wish differently about this is that the words were a little bit bigger... Other then that it's an amazing product!!! Love love love it! My husband is gonna love it as his Xmas gift from our daughter as well

Gift for my husband By Shopper (Canal Fulton, OH) - December 16, 2016 Got this for my husband's desk for Christmas (a surprise-gift) of him holding our little one, for the first time at the hospital. I had to edit the wording of my poem a little bit - so that the words wouldn't be coming out of his head or eyes.. so I experimented hitting "enter" on a few of the lines, to make it flow nicely ontop of my uploaded photo. I wish I could move the lines myself. After messing with it for a while, I got the wording-location correct.
He is going to love this!

Its a nice gift for the Dad's office. I wish there were more options to change the font color and size because its hard to read over the picture but good overall, I'm happy that I got to personalize the poem myself.

Great gift The product itself was great and just as described .. I wish the font was adjustable or made a bit bigger or a thicker font to make it more easily legible but the finished product was acceptable and turned out presentable. My better half loved it overall and that's what my priority was.

great product Gave this to my son's grandfather on father's day. When received, the picture I sent in was darkened too much for my liking (which is why I rated 4 stars, better judgement should have been used when darkening side of photo where words are added), but after contacting customer service they reprinted and sent a new one at no charge. Very satisfied with the replacement, overall it's a great gift!

Small but great quality I really love this product and it was bought as a Father's Day Gift for my husband. Only problem is I thought it would be bigger. I guess I didn't pay attention to the dimensions:( It's still a nice gift though! Great quality, fast shipping!

Tabletop Canvas The product comes exactly as it appears. Although the words are a little too small I think this gift is well worth the price. Also, the side where your wording will be, the background is darkened so be careful with the picture you choose. The easel is an added product that is very simple to put together.

Darker than displayed I have ordered many canvases from here & Love every single one, but I was a little disappointed with this one. The picture came out much darker on the canvas than the picture I submitted. I ordered this as a wedding gift & actually purchased a different gift last minute because it just does not look good. I don't want to give a bad review incase this was a one time mishap. I just wanted to make others aware so you can anticipate the canvas turning out darker when considering a picture to use.

Loved it Loved the canvas!!! Although the picture I sent I should have lighted it b4 I sent it. They put a film over the print to create the canvas so it made it even darker. I think they should state that in the description. But the quailty was excellent & really loved it!!!

Beautiful Captured the moment and sentiment nicely. I wish there was the option to not have the picture "wrap" around the sides of the canvas but other than that, just beautiful!

Like the idea!!! By Shopper (Barrington, IL) - November 17, 2012 When I saw this I knew I wanted to get it for my husband's 40th birthday. I put a picture of our kids that he loves, and I loved the idea that I could create my own message (which I did). The message prints out dead center on the canvas which I wish I could have moved it a bit higher or lower. I don't think you can do that. You can crop the photo but that didn't make a difference. The writing was right on top of my kids faces so again just wished I could have moved the writing. But I like this as a gift.

Personalized Canvas Art By Shopper (Apple Valley, MN) - May 15, 2011 Overall this was a really great product. I received it in a very timely manner, as I have with all personalization mall items. The only con about this item is that you can't change the size or font of words. The standard is a pretty plain font, when often this gift is a special present for someone. It would have been nice to be able to change that. Other than that I would recommend this to anyone!

Liked it very much This is a beautiful way to send a personal message. The only complaint I have is that I wish you had some choice on the font style. I think my purchase would have been prettier with nicer writing.

Such a special little gift I bought this for my two twenty-something boys. I had pictures of me and them together and wrote my own message. I liked how much you could actually fit on the canvas and also the smaller size (as they don't want a poster sized picture of their mother!!!). If you are considering, check the other canvas and print products carefully. All of them will allow complete personalization but some have different fonts...this one was block lettering (for men). There is another with script (for women/girls). As always, I received my order with standard shipping in FOUR days!

Nice quality; Great Customer Service; Very Fast turn around First time buyer of any product with this company. I liked how easy the site was easy to use. I bought this as a thank you to a leader in my ministry and my only concern was whether or not you could see the writing over the picture. Decided to give it a try after being able to review it online (nice feature!).
It came very quick and looked great. The word printing was a little grey and I called and asked if a pure black print could be done and they said no problem and got it done even before they said they would.
I would use this company again! So quick and courteous.

Pay attention to the details The personalized canvas art is a beautiful piece of art as a whole. However, it was a lot smaller than I anticipated it to be. Apparently I missed the size dimensions on the order page and it looks much bigger in the picture than it really is. Also, my photos isn't centered quite the way I would like it to be. It isn't bad, and as I said previously it's a beautiful piece of sentimental art, but I thought a real person would look at the photo before printing it on the canvas and center it better. I was wrong. What you see is what you get when you upload the photo. No matter how many times I resized my photo or played with it, I still got the same look when I previewed it. And since the preview page says that the look is only an estimate, I figured someone would look at it and center the photo better. I'm not unhappy with the overall piece, but I will pay more attention to these small details before ordering again. With these small tweaks, this could easily be a 5 star item!

 Writing is too small I’m usually so pleased with the items that I order but I’m a little disappointed because the picture took part of his head off and the words were barely readable with my reading glasses on

Picture is worth a 1000 words I bought this for an anniversary gift, so amazing in person. I just wish i couldve put the picture and words where i wanted them but Definitely recommend.

Writing too small By Shopper (Gilbert, AZ) - June 2, 2015 This is the first time I've been disappointed with a purchase from personalization mall. The plaque came much smaller than I expected (my fault for not paying attention to the dimensions) but the real bummer is that the writing is so small and light, it can barely be read. Love the idea, just upset at how small the plaque and writing is.

arrangement not the best The lettering is only block, I would have liked some form of cursive and the lettering is right in the middle of the picture. I would have liked to see the lettering around the picture. I don't know what your limitations are though. The idea is precious.

My daughter did not have time to send it back to be redone so we had to give the present anyway. I was also disappointed that you couldn't orient the lettering more appropriately. The lettering only centers and even though there was plenty of dead space off to the right, the wording wrote right over her face.

cheaply made By Shopper (Mars Hill, ME) - December 21, 2011 The picture was very hard to see...you have to look hard to notice that there is a photo behind the words. The canvas is also loosely stretched and is a little uneven. I was disappointed with the quality of this product.

Writing difficult to read The writing on the canvas is written in black. The black ink is very light and difficult to read depending on the lighting in the room.

Disappointed The picture was okay - but the writing is so light you can barely read it.
VERY DISAPPOINTED as this is a Father's Day gift from my little girl.

not so happy The wording is faded making it difficult to read. The canvas is not pulled very tightly making it feel somewhat cheap. I have bought other items and was more satisfied with the quality of the other things. I would not recommend buying this product.

Think about this one... cheap stocking stuffer only Be sure to eagle-eye the colors in your photo before you do this one - what you see onscreen may not arrive in the mail. If there is black or darkness in the background or in clothing, the copy you select won't print in a readable fashion. I was offered a re-do for shipping price only, but it still looks bad and that's truly all it's worth. Forget it or stuff it in a stocking.

Dissapointed This looked really nice online but I have to say I was disappointed in the final product... the picture is so light and the words are so prominant you can't really see the picture. I know it's supposed to be a wallpaper of sorts but even from a distance the picture is not that great. I wish you could have used your judgement on the position of the words too... it was right on their faces. Was a father's day gift but lesson learned.
