Snowflake Personalized Photo Ornament Customer Reviews

I've been purchasing ornaments from Personalization Mall for years and this is the first year that I have been disappointed. The image I sent was of high enough quality that there should not have been any issue with printing yet the product I received was blurry and the colors were very muddy. I expected something much more crisp and true to the ornament preview.

The hole for the string to hang the ornament was put right through one of my grand children's heads. We can not even display it this way
