Enjoying being able to change out inserts and it stays in one spot.

I ordered two personalized mats for Christmas presents on November 20. The mats came within a week but the bases for them were not included in packaging even tho I paid for them. I called customer service and they had only 1 of the bases sent! I called again and they apologized and sent the 2nd base... which they’ve emailed me saying it has been shipped but the tracking indicates otherwise. Very frustrating since these were gifts for a party last weekend...

Way bigger than expected durable

I like to use these under my decorative mat because it prevents it from moving around. But another customer made me aware of the fact that if you purchase this rubber mat WITH the decorative mat by clicking the box to include it, they charge you more money so go ahead and enter the item # and order it that way and save a few $$
