I love this mat! I only wish I'd had room in my Christmas budget for the backing as well.

This came in a little different than expected. The customized insert is just a mat and it sits inside the black outer rubber - it doesn't stick down to the rubber. I'm sure it's probably to hold up in weather so water or moisture doesn't sit, but it seems like it might move a lot.

The rubber mat is heavy-duty and of high quality. The personalized insert is less so. The printing is done well, but the white does not show as well in the. Wigs background.

The doormat looks great but I wish there was a way to attach it to the frame. I understand it was designed to change the insert with the seasons, but it would look and work better if there was a way to temporarily attach it to the frame. Most people will not want to change the insert so there should be an option. Thanks

i am satisfied with the quality of the mat, but until usage, am not sure as to how permanent the lettering will be with normal wear, especially the small lettering. the mat looks great, and order turnaround time was fantastic.

I have given several gifts from this set and have always received oohs and ahs from the recipients. The only suggestion I have is to have the added rubber backing to reinforce the actual mat. Without the backing the mat is to thin and may not stand up to the wear and tear of heavy use. I would definitely purchase another one for my home.

Personalization Mall is always my first choice for gifts. I've ordered for many years and have never been disappointed. This doormat is beautiful and the rubber frame really gives it a substantial presence as well as ensuring that it stays in place. I would actually give it 4 and a half stars. The smaller lettering at the top and bottom was not as bold as shown in the online preview which is what I would have preferred. Some of the print on the names is a bit blotchy. These are minor issues.

I love this durable, high quality welcome mat. I wish the lettering (names) was thicker but overall, very satisfied.

I have always ordered personalized welcome mats for my buyers for closing gifts and they have always been of great quality. I was a little disappointed with this particular mat because the lettering was very light and didn't show up well, but the product itself was still very nice

I have purchased a few of these, I am a Realtor and have found that these make great closing gifts. Something special to welcome a buyer into their new home.

Didn't like the fact that its not one solid piece. The center keeps slipping out when people walk across the mat

While lovely upon arrival, I had issues with my mat changing colors (from gray to pink). I contacted customer service about it, and they were incredibly quick to create a new one for me and mail it out free of charge. I will see how this one does, but I am definitely impressed with the customer service.

We purchased this item as a gift and it was a big hit with the recipient. Paid the extra for the rubber matting around the edges. Makes the matt very heavy (durable) and also somewhat larger. It weighs a ton. Although the smaller mat just sits in the rubber "framing". It would be better if it was glued down so it would not move - hence the 4 stars. Otherwise we loved it.

Bought the "State" floor mat as a gift for inlaws to use for their camper in the winter months when traveling to warmer states. Very nice. There were a couple places were the color bled and is a little messy. Thought about returning for a moment, but it was just too neat overall. In the long run it will be perfect reminder of home no matter where they are.

I purchased this for my parents and they loved it! Only negative is that it is not very durable (not for winter/wet weather).

I really loved the way this turned out! I chose the charcoal color and I was very pleased with it. The colored part of the mat comes out of the tray? Which I wasn't expecting. Maybe I missed that detail when reading over the product information, but aside from that, I really enjoyed seeing the finished product! I would definitely recommend this.

Very nice quality for the price! The only issue I had was the lettering at the very bottom looks almost hand drawn in, a little sloppy & very thin.

Great gift to give someone moving into a new home

I purchased this mat for a wedding gift for friends of ours. It's a very thin mat but great quality for what it is!! This is actually the 4th mat I have purchased and will continue purchasing them!

The recipient loved this doormat. I liked that it was made with recycled material. Just wish there was a size in between this and the oversized option. This one is a little small and the larger one is a little too big.

I purchased this doormat for my parents. I was concerned the rubber backing may be flimsy but it was sturdy and done well. The letters on the name appeared smudged just a little on a couple of them. I noticed it appeared a little smudged in the preview when I ordered it too so it may be the effect that was intended by the company. I was pleased with this order and will most likely order the item again for other family members next holiday season.

I love the gift, but I guess with the holiday the delivery took a little longer than expected. I will still continue to use this site.

The rubber backing is nice...I hope the mat stays inside it nicely. I think it's a great gift and would recommend this product to others.

I bought this for a housewarming gift for my son. I have not given it to them yet, but feel they will be pleased. The quality of the mat is very good. I ordered Merlot and was pleased with that color. Timing was excellent on delivery. I would recommend this product!

i like that it is recycled rubber. But it's hard to stand on and wash dishes in the kitchen. I might move it outside instead. Printing is nice, easy to read, my husband thought it was nice. We did our last name, wedding year and location.

I got this gift as an anniversary/ house-warming gift for my best friend & his family after they moved into their new place. Makes an awesome gift idea for anyone if you just wanna say something from the heart.

The mat itself is good workmanship and it came out perfectly. I hope the recipient is as happy with it as I am.

Do not care for “worn” look - in person simply looks imperfect with black spots rather than faded. Previous rug lost all color in sunlight

If you look very carefully you will see there is some distressing and what looks like ink leakage. It is very pronounced in person so make sure that you’re ok with that before you order.

The printing of "There's no place like" and "the name of the city and state" was precise and neat. The printing of "H-ME" was speckled with part of the charcoal background showing through. The name of the family had a smeared appearance of the letters and was not as precise. I contacted customer service and was asked to submit a photo, but I did not think there would be time to have another mat made. Perhaps, this was the intended appearance. This was the second mat I ordered, but a different style. I saw a picture of the first one, which I had had shipped to some friends.

Was not pleased that the cloth mat was not attached to the rubber mat kinda of tacky, so I guess I will have to glue it down

We like the overall appearance and fit of this product but the white letters are speckled with the gray background coloring.

This rug is beautiful! However, it is not functional. We put it out on our front porch, and just after one day, it collected every piece of dirt, grass and other thing blowing in the wind. I cannot believe how dirty it looks. It's also very hard to shake off once the dirt/grass stick to it. Not suitable for areas where you have DIRT (which isn't that why you want a rug). I really wish this would be functional too - they need a rug with divets so the dirt doesn't stick out. So disappointing!

I have purchased a few of these as gifts over the past year as well as one for myself - all in all I like the mat but the Charcoal color one faded terribly. I would not purchase that one again

When I ordered this mat, I knew it had a distressed look..but as you can see in the pic, the L in the name, ( which is the most important part)is almost half missing..making it hard to tell what the name is. I actually already contacted customer service and they just said sorry, and did nothing..Have ordered so many items from y’all over the years, but will not again, after that response. Have been trying to fill in the L with paint..doesn’t look great but guess it will have to do..very disappointed!
