This product was not as it presented itself to be. The white paint was smeared all over the mat and ruined the look of neatness. I was told it was a "distressed look" and no where in the description did it say it had a distressed look. I certainly would not have purchased it if that were so. I did contact the service department and was given no help or offer to rectify the problem. Just a "just the way it is" response. I hesitate to order anything else from Personalization MALL or to recommend anyone else to.

It looks nice and even spent the extra money for the black iron mat to insert it in. After 2 days, it started curling up. I thought it would have been permanently put in it.

This review makes you select at least one star. I would give the quality and customer service a negative five.
The lettering on this mat is smeared and faint on top of the not so great quality mat itself. They would not redo it and as a result I've a useless mat that needs to be thrown away as it was to be a Christmas gift.

Therefore, should you choose to purchase, it is my opinion that their meaning of personalization does not include customer satisfaction.

This item's description mentions that the pieces are separate, however, when ordered together, I thought they would be molded together w/ the rubber or at least have something to make them stick to one another or interchangeably remove the inlay. The middle "phrase portion" is just an inlay, which doesn't seem like it will stay in place when stepped on or if someone wanted to wipe their shoes before entering. Very disappointing to pay for something w/ little quality. Since, we cannot return it, we're stuck w/ it, so will use to see how it goes, but am keeping our old doormat as a standby. This site should definitely offer a credit, but the online chat person did no such thing. This will definitely make me feel like I will try other sites first before buying from this one in the future. I don't like feeling like a helpless dissatisfied customer with no resolutions, or even partial resolutions, to orders. Expected better customer service.
