Very very pretty, makes a great and personal Christmas Gift, as always very professional.

I had this personalized as follows: "With this ring, I thee wed" I added their names and the wedding date. My granddaughter gave it at a wedding shower. It arrived in a protective soft bag, adding to the rich presentation. The ornament was easy to read, in pristine condition. I was happier than I anticipated I would be; and my granddaughter was the hit of the shower.

I purchased this item for my cousin's bridal shower. I had the item personally engraved with the same setup as shown, and it turned out perfect. My cousin was so excited to have her first ornament as a married couple. This holiday year will now be extra special with this ornament.

I had ordered this ornament for 2 very precious twin girls. It would be hard to find a regular store-bought ornament honoring a set of twins first Christmas so I went to my go-to place for special gifts and found this ornament. I used the kids print font and it turned out beautiful. Their mom and dad were so pleased. As always, beautiful job, well done and I always will come here for the most unique gifts anyone could give :)

Gifts arrived within 1 week of the order! Other than the fact that there was no ribbon to attach the ornaments (no biggie), they looked professional and exactly what was pictured.

there should be color options available for the message . it’s difficult to see the letters against the clear glass once it’s hung it position. but otherwise i definitely loved the product

I purchased an engraved ornament from you years ago and it is heavier. This one feels thinner and more fragile. I don’t like that. But the engraving is pretty and it arrived in a timely manner.

Would have preferred to have this in Brass instead of glass. Don’t know why you quit offering it in brass.

The actual ornament is really nice, but it came without the ability to hanf on a tree. I needed to add ribbon

The ornament and script are beautiful. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is how very fragile it it. The glass is thin.

Good quality, wish the ribbon for hanging had been included. Also wish the first line of print was down a bit further but overall love it.

The heart ornament is very cute, but it is a lot smaller than I thought it was going to be.

This is a gift for my niece's I am planning on giving them 1 for each Christmas with a different design.

I am satisfied with this gift, but I was disappointed that I couldn’t find polished brass ornaments that could be inscribed

Came out exactly as I wrote it. Only drawback was that the hole for the hanger cut into the C in Christmas. Still readable though. Very pretty.

The ornament did not disappoint. The only think I wish was different is the size of the writing. I wish it was bigger.

I haven't seen it on the tree yet, but it's a simple ornament that makes a big statement. It's a nice size and looks elegant. It shows up nicely against the burgundy Personalization Mall bag it came in, so I'm hoping the lettering is readable on the tree. I'm proud to give it as a gift and think it will be appreciated and cherished. It looks just like the preview image.

Looks very nice. Comes in its own velvet pouch. Was done exactly as I requested. Took a point off because it is made of a cheaper plastic (glass or a higher quality plastic would have been nice).

My only complaint would be that I would have liked if the ornament was a a little heavier in weight.

The glass heart personalized ornament is the perfect size for our tabletop tree. I like the beveled edge. It comes in a maroon drawstring bag inside a bubble bag inside a bubble envelope. Negative: small scratch on bottom left but not enough to send back. Glass template from China.

A lot smaller than i had anticipated. One of my major concerns or disliking i guess you can say was i had wrote a personal message and the page it was printed on came crumbled and looked as if it was just tossed in the box. Major flaw in my opinion.

We loved the ornament, and it looks even better in person than it did online. However, we only had two short lines of text, and it would have been nice to have more font choices so the text wouldn't be as small.

The 1st time I received the ornament the hole for the string was drilled through the wording- not happy! I immediately called Customer Service and they sent a replacement that was perfect! Thank You!
