I ordered this ornament for my nephew & his wife for their first Christmas. I think they will love it. The etching is very clear. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that they don't attach the ribbon to the ornament. I mentioned this in a previous review that, personally, I don't want to have to tie the ribbon to the ornament. I would rather it already be attached.

The product came just as ordered. Shipped reasonably quality was good with the exception of the drilled hole for hanging. It was not a clean hole with some chipping. Overall ok!

Remembrance of a special day and will look very nice on the tree every year.

The ornament was beautiful just wish the engraving was not right next to the hole the string goes through. It would have been 100% perfect if the engraved words were further down.

I ordered this for my sister and her family. I ordered this and two other glass ornaments. I think the size Is pretty good but would have thought it should be a little thicker. Otherwise it came out beautifully... I hope they like it.

It's a little more light-weight that I expected, but it's pretty and the recipients will enjoy it.

The ornament came wrapped very well in bubblewrap and in a velvet like pouch.
It's not the best etching quality as far as being very distinct, but then I didn't pay a lot of money for it either. For the price, it will make a nice gift.
Website was easy to use and design the heart.

I purchased this ornament to match one that I had bought two years ago from you all. The item was the same, but the options for font were drastically different, plus this time I was REQUIRED to put a symbol on there that I had no use for. Still looks nice, just definitely doesn't match. Oh well.

This is a beautiful ornament. I was thinking it would be slightly thicker, otherwise its perfect!

I bought one of these in 2013, and hoped to buy a matching one this year. The ornament is exactly the same, and is beautiful. But had to choose different font, and was forced to put a icon on there that I didn't want. It is ok, but wish they could match.

I absolutely love it it is beautiful the only problem I have is that it's had to see on the tree....you have to really be looking at it to see it

My daughter in law's father passed away the end of November this year and the memorial ornament is beautiful and perfect for this time

Ornament is good quality and etched as requested. Printing is a little smaller and lighter than expected still a nice gift.

The item itself was great, just what I ordered. The extra money to wrap it wasn't worth it, I could of done better for sure.

I loved the product itself, but I wish it had more room to personalize. I had to choose between adding names or other important information, so I didn't get to add any names.

My children and I really loved the personalized ornaments. I was just a little disappointed with the quality of the ribbon.

I really like how they turned out and my kids loved them too. I'm disappointed that the ribbon was of low quality, but overall I love the three that I purchased and hope they last for years to come!

I originally ordered this ornament ans was so excited to see it when it came in the mail. When I received the ornament, the lettering was not lined up so part of it was cut off from when they drilled a hole to hang the ornament. I called customer service to request a new one. All I had to do was send a picture of the mistake and they sent me a new one! I just got it in the mail yesterday and the lettering is perfect! So quick and easy to replace it and now My Fiance and I have out beautiful ornament hanging on our tree.

We are choosing a different shape and graphic each year for an ornament for our grandson. Soon he will have a collection of clear glass ornaments! This year we chose the "heart". It was bigger than expected. But that's OK. The graphic choices were different this year. (I had hoped to find a Santa face, but it wasn't a choice.) The type style choices are very nice.

The heart ornament arrived after Christmas, but I didn't need it until 12/29, so I was not at all upset. It came in a lovely black velvet presentation/preservation pouch, the engraving was exactly what I ordered, and most important of all, our recipients loved it.

Ornament etching and personalization was perfect, exactly as ordered. The ornament itself had a VERY small chip on the bottom, but it was so small that it could only be seen if the light hit it just right. I'm sure we could have returned it for a new one if we had tried, but we decided to just keep the current one. Very good experience, quick processing, quick shipping, and happy recipient. I would definitely order from Personalization Mall again.

When I looked for a "First Christmas" gift for my wife, your heart-shaped ornament was the first item to be shown on-line. Amazingly, the item displayed was personalized for "Amy and Steve - 2009." Amazing because those are our first names and the year we were married. I call it Karma.

Beyond the coincidence, it looks great under our Christmas tree.

p.s. This is a second order for me. Our first ornament, along with other household items went missing after a cross-country move. The second one arrived about one week ago and looks just as nice as the first.

This is the perfect gife for an anniversary, notable birthday, etc.
Only wish the holly etching was non existent!
